My first ATMOR tankless water heater lasted approximately 2 years. I couldn't find my receipt so I purchased a replacement online from Home Depot. One month after install the temperature would vary from 95 to 155 degrees. Called helpline to get replacement. They requested a video showing the problem. After I talked to them the water heater started working correctly for 2 months then the same problem. I decided I didn't want the hassle of getting the replacement and cost of installation. I will try another brand.

I had problems with the plastic fittings leaking. It took time and additional expense to adapt the 1/2"pvc male pipe to brass. My 1/2" supply lines were able to tighten onto the brass fittings without leaking. In the future I would buy a unit with brass nipples.

This hot water heater was easy to install and has worked without an issue. Nice hot water on demand. It’s a small one bedroom house but meets the need.

If your expecting long life out of a tankless unit look elsewhere. 1 month past the units warranty (2years) it failed. I talked to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do for me.

This will only for for maybe a half a sink. My incoming water temperature is 55 degrees and the only way I can get semi hot water is to let the flow trickle out of my faucet. If I let it flow the normal pressure it is the same as turning on the cold water.

Cool little water heater, easy to install very little energy use, put it in my shop to have warm water for hand washing doesn’t get hot hot, but makes the well water about 85 when the ambient temperature outside is in the 20’s

Just not up to the description. Had a lot of trouble getting it to operate at all.

After 1 day, stop working

The product works just fine little difficulty trying to get the cover back on after it's attached underneath a tight cabinet hope this helps I would use this product again and Home Depot

Didn't like the construction of it so I returned it for an equivalent rated Rheem.

Had to take back because would not maintain desired heat

Have it installed it yet but I have another one that is the same and it does a wonderful job in our shop

I am amazed at how well this water heater works

So far, So good. MAKE SURE you have 200 amps service to your house, b/c this model requires 100amps. Its a DREAM to never run out of hot water!

This product is junk does not heat water. Just returned it.

You may as well step up to the 7k model as the only difference wiring wise is that you put the 7k into a double pole breaker and the 3.5k goes into a single pole. You still use 10-2 wire for both installations and 30 amp breakers. I was hoping to only have to use 12-2 wire because the 3.5k is only 120 volt.

Could not make unit power on. Plumbed by professional plumber and wired by master electrician. Tried two units and neither would power on. Replaced with a Richmond unit and it works perfectly.

Had to return since they require 10ga wire and designated breaker. Did not see that info when ordering so could not utilize in currently wired home.

Easy install works better than expected

You cannot run hardly any water through this thing if you want hot, or even warm, water. The description says it will run a bathroom - I don’t think it’d even run a sink!!

We followed all instructions and it still isnt producing hot water! Will be returning
