I looked very hard to find square DIY retro vinyl floor tiles that would go with our new Honey Spice maple cabinets and granite countertops, which we had previously ordered through Home Depot. Our house was built in 1937. This Retro Burch pattern is it! My husband and I installed them using vinyl tile adhesive, since our old floor wasn't level. We used paint cans as weights in some spots. We followed the insructions to find the center of the room and lay a quarter of the room at a time. The floor turned out great! It looks amazing and it brightens up the kitchen so much! I'm really happy with this product!

This was a terrible experience. I prepped my old vinyl floor as instructed and was ready to go. I had 3 boxes of tiles to do my bathroom- I could NOT get the pattern to match up. I got to the "okay, it's close enough" stage, and installed them. Used a 100lb roller, but the tiles would NOT stay stuck to the floor. I ended up ripping them up within a week- dog fur and dirt was already getting stuck between the tiles. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this product.

These looked so pretty online, I couldn't wait to get them and install them. They do look like they have a wrinkled film on the top, but that isn't even the biggest problem. Even using a bond enhancer for vinyl tiles, I couldn't get them to stick down properly. And once I started installing them, I felt I couldn't just stop half way through. So, now I've wasted several $100 on a crappy looking floor.

I love love how these turned out. They were beautiful upon pick up. I let them sit in The foyer for a couple of days while i stressed on perfect measurements with the chalk line. I quickly got over it and just did it. I followed the manufactures directions by laying down the middle first. It took some getting use to cutting the edges and smaller pieces. Once i got the hang of it things went quicly and i was done. I bought 3 boxes for 35 sq feet that included a closet. Everything lined up in the middle. Once i started doing the edges i did not worry too much about lining things up because they were in corners or spaces that the eye wouldn’t naturally go to. Im so so pleased. Tips: be sure to sweep/mop clean the floor of dust, dirt; gather all materials youll need like straight edge, pen or pencil, chalk line, utility knife. Take your time and before you know it youll have a beautiful new floor that was easy to put down. They didnt cost too much either. I was working with 35 sq ft and bought 3 boxes. Even with mistakes i only used 2.2 with plenty in the 3rd box leftover. Have fun!

Looks as though the print has a plastic layer that has wrinkled on top of it but will not come off. So cheap. So many better options out there. Bought two different styles. Both the same cheap crap.

We love the look of the tile. They are exactly what we were looking for. With that being said, we did have some issues. Out of 6 cases we bought, a fair amount of tiles had imperfections. Some had a yellowish look and were definitely not white. Some also has small yellow dots or gouges. We did have enough to cover our area but if you are looking at using this tile, keep that in mind. Also, just like other reviews said, the adhesive backing is garbage. You will need to buy vinyl tile adhesive. Skip the primer they suggest as it did nothing to help and was just a waste. The adhesive we bought was the only way we could get them to stick. Its a great looking product once down and fully stuck, just not the easiest to work with.

The patterns are cut uneven. We followed the directions for applying over concrete. The floor was primed just as it was supposed to be. Just don’t waste your time on these. We will be pulling these up and redoing it.

I have worked with peel and stick since 1973. The adhesive was terrible on this tile. They do not stick well and they do not stand by their warranty. They ask me questions and then want to know what temperature I laid them at. 72 to 74 to be sure. They are being hard to deal with and I will be sure to never use any of achim products again. I now have to take the tile up and start all over with a different product.

We followed all instructions exactly and did everything right. The pattern does not match up so the they look crooked. And it hasn’t even been a week and tiles are already peeling off. Don’t know if we got a bad batch or what but this is not good. Not even fit a “value price” fake tile

These tiles are cute but quality is just ok. They are slippery when wet so I definitely would not recommend in a bathroom. Some of the tiles are popping up a bit and it seem like the adhesive is almost seeping up in between tiles. I have used several types of peel and stick tiles and have never had this problem before. They are in our lake cottage so I probably won’t take the time to redo any time soon but if this was my home I would be very disappointed.

It has brown spots on every tile in the same place. Looks dirty or is from glue which is NOT! We looked at extra new tiles leftover and they are the same. Dirty looking! I love the design, not the dirty design??? It is apparent even on pic you sent in email, in the lower left hand corner. Really stands out on my floor!!!!!!!

Not just for floors Love the design.. Needed an inexpensive backsplash and it worked perfect with wood glue and caulk to fill the gaps!!

I know that monitors differ but this tile is called “Retro Slate” and the color looks like a gray in the picture. Was so disappointed to open the box and see that the gray color is actually a bright blue. I may use it anyway since it’s a temp fix but the description needs to actually describe the color palette.

We bought this as a temporary floor until we can get a small 1.5 restroom remodeled and it’s worked great so far!! We’ve had it now for about 3 months. In addition It was pretty easy to apply and It looks really fun too! Would definitely recommend.

This was an easy install and it looks amazing! A little over a month in and it’s holding up great.

Good quality and very easy to work with. Nice accent. Sure perked up the basement laundry!

Easy to put down and the adhesive is strong. No popping on the tiles and it feels like more expensive tiles. Easy to cut and install.

I used the tile under my bathroom sink and to line the linen closet. This was easy to install. Tiles are easy to cut to fit in tight areas. Love the way it looks. Floor comes next.

We love the loon of these tiles but the adhesive is terrible. We appropriately removed all remaiming residue and dirt from the previous application and prepped the floors with a fresh coat of Kilz primer, let it dry overnight and the following morning the tiles would not consistently stick. These were not cheap but our previous peel

Love the design but the stick wasn’t sticky enough. I had to buy vinyl adhesive and put that down first and then it stuck. Now a couple weeks in and the clear coating is peeling off.

I think the quality and thickness of the tiles is great. I love the way they look. However, the shipping department deserves a -2. I purchased ten boxes. They arrived in two boxes (5 boxes of twenty tiles in each), one single piece of tape around each outer box. BOTH outer boxes had bashed corners. There was no protection for the corners of the tiles, so every tile has one corner crunched. This was NOT the fault of Fedex. HD shipping department should have packaged them with adequate protection.
