Cannot Get the WiFi to Work
I like the Farm but I cannot get the WiFi to work. When clicking the Next button on the screen, it does nothing. When clicking the Troubleshoot WiFi button on the screen it says to use the App to figure out the problem. The only problem is that you cannot get past the WiFi setup screen to get to troubleshooting the problem. The website has not been helpful. I have read other reviews that has had the same problem.

    High tech gardening all year long
    Just received my Farm24 and set it up in less than an hour. Everything fits, everything works. I have 3 of the original gardens that still function, but I needed more growing area and I love the LED lights. Easy to follow instructions on the touch screen.

      Nice but not worry free
      I had the old, bulky aerogardens and I recently updated to a couple of small ones for my kitchen and I decided to buy the large farm and see how I like it. It's definitely easy to put together. Everything seemed to fit okay. I had a little trouble with one of the lines that holds the lights. My light hung very crooked. Once I planted and lowered the lights, one side dropped...I think it was bound up inside...and now they are fine. My trellis was wonky too. I had purchased an additional trellis because I bought tall plants and decided to use the included tomato kit to restart one of my countertop units. For some reason, the second trellis didn't fit on the back legs even though the unit was definitely fit together tightly. They popped off. The trellis that came with it fit the back fine so I just switched out the lines so the lines that came with it were on the back and the new trellis lines were on the front. They are just magnets so 1/16th of an inch can cause problems and, apparently, the trellis you buy alone is a slightly different fit than the trellis that comes in the package. The panel is pretty easy to figure out. I followed the directions but the pump on the unit's right side didn't start up. I pulled up the menu to test the pump and as soon as I activated the right side, the pump started right up and now both pumps are running fine. I don't know if that was a glitch or something you should know...just check the pumps if you are growing on both sides. I also thought it was a little weird that the left pump started running as soon as I powered it up, even though it was walking me through planting my first garden. I felt rushed to get water into it so the pump wasn't damaged. Its all fine though. I love the little storage compartments on each end of the unit. I put the extra screws and wire plugs in there, as well as the line for draining the unit and the clippers. I downloaded the app and tried to set it up. That's more of a gadget for me because I don't think I'll have any trouble monitoring my unit without the help of the internet. The app is a total pain and I finally just created another account with a different email so I could use it. It didn't recognize my password but it wouldn't let me create and account because it recognized my email. I changed my password and that didn't help. So I just used an email it didn't recognized and set up a new account. After that, it worked great and it updated the software in the unit. Overall, I love it. We had discussed buying a few farms but there are no replacement parts online for these and I'd rather wait and see if this one functions well and what kind of response we get if something goes out and we need to call for a part. As far as initial setup, so far, so good. It's a clean look and seems to function well for now. We love having the greenery in our home and the low maintenance and absence of dirt and it is really a blast to pick your own fruits and cut your herbs as you cook, so I'm hoping this turns out to be a good thing.

        WiFi pulse very High EMF
        The unit would be great if there was a way to turn the WiFi off. Upon testing the unit with a broadband RF Meter, the WiFi frequency was extremely high, 178,000Mu which is well over what is considered safe. I had to move the unit away from where children play, and I do unplug it at night. I wish they would have a switch to disable WiFi for those who do not want unnecessary EMF in the home.

        I love my aerogarden. Its simple to use with a responsive touchscreen. The white unit with the led's give a futuristic feel thats reinforced with the crisp beeping of every touchscreen tap. The interface gives you all the important information letting you know with one glance what upkeep is required from the user.         I love eating clean
        I've had mines a little over a month and I have so much lettuce, everything else is a little slow some didn't germinate but the company replaced the pods, the only problem I have is the left side keep saying that the water is low. which it is not. Over all it's a great and stylish farm. please design something to raise it a little more off the floor. Glad to have the experience to grow a garden without all the bugs

          Spacing tips
          Make sure that you space your plants out to give them room to grow. I recommend tomatoes on one side, lettuce and herbs in the middle, and peppers on the other side

          Never were able use the product as the WiFi connectivity feature never worked. Reached out to customer service and they attempted to resolve the issue via email - none of the suggestions fixed the issue. When I requested a phone conversation to fix the problem they refused to speak live. For the money one pays for this item all features should work and you should receive full customer support. Very disappointed in the service I received.

          Fun product when it works. Satisfying to watch the tomatoes grow and enjoyed some great salads with my heirloom lettuce. But my lights broke and I am still waiting for a part that I hope will work. Would give it five stars if the component didn’t break after only three months of use. They do respond to your emails eventually but prepare to wait a really long time. Compared to other online companies that are also working remotely through this pandemic, AeroGarden has the longest response time by far. That said, I know every business structure is different and these are challenging times.

          It doesn't work
          This is an awful product. I just had to get rid of all the plants as they got diseased, all of them. It wouldn't irrigate well, and it was always leaking. I'm extremely disappointed. I just got this for Mother's Day and it was not worth it. Pest started growing on the plants and there was this awful smell coming from them. If I could return it, I would.

            The software is flawed
            I made a mistake setting up during planing. I had the wrong plant type. I tried to correct it, but there is no good way to make changes. I had to "replant" everything, now the days planted is wrong and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it.

              Love my Farm, but I did not get the second 12 Pods
              I bought 3 AeroGardens so far: Bounty Elite Artesian, Farm Plus and I already bought the Harvest for my daughter to play with it. I am very happy overall, but somehow Farm Plus came with only one set of pods. I sent 2 emails to Customer service but no answer yet. Please, can you send me the second 12 seeds pod for my Farm? I would appreciate it. Thank you.

                Great Features, but some didn't work
                I bought my Farm Plus in early March, after a happy experience with a much smaller garden that had enough limitations to make me want more. I feel fortunate to have been able to buy a Farm Plus just before the supply ran out. I am now eight weeks into my ownership and growing experience, and I can say that the hydroponic system itself is fantastic and easy to use. I planted only half of the salad green seedpods that were sent with the Farm Plus, and have been harvesting every 3-4 days and the plants keep growing! The Heirloom Tomatoes that I planted in the second bowl are just now producing fruit, but I have many blossoms that promise a very abundant harvest. The power supply from the Farm Plus was defective when I first received the system, but customer service was extremely responsive and helpful, although it took three weeks to get the proper equipment in hand. All in all, I look forward to many years of growing a variety of plants and herbs. If the Farm Plus comes back in stock, be sure to buy it – is a terrific system, both fun and easy to use.

                  Broken farm plus
                  I bought a farm plus! It didn’t work. It would turn on but the pumps wouldn’t pump the water! I replaced both pumps, both of the bowls, two black boxes the pumps plug into and nothing. AeroGarden was helpful at first but then they disappeared and will not contact me again! I still have the farm under warranty too!!!

                    Disappointed in TX
                    I bought the farm plus in January 2020. Planted the full southern greens kit half the salad greens kit and 2 heirloom tomato plants. It is recommended to leave spaces open when planting the tomato kits. I was disappointed to find out that no spacers are included in the kit, per the recommendation when planting. Good news all my pods sprouted. As my got too tall I moved the grow lights up. The single strap broke on my right grow light around day 75 of planting. The strap fully retracted into the hood. I am still waiting for a new topper, which will not arrive before the end of May. I will have to take the whole machine apart and start over. This machine is not worth the money. I expected something sturdier for the price. I will now have to wait to re-plant and I lost the plants I planted as a result. I would not recommend buying this product.

                      I had two pods that didn't sprout, but everything else did. And thriving! Tomatoes, green peppers, various lettuce, basil, flowers, dill....all doing well. It's saving my sanity since our governor has decided that growing our own food for canning is not essential. So, cannot buy gardening items right now. So thankful for my AeroGarden. I recommended it to a friend, who also bought two of the Bounty gardens. She's excited too!

                      Beware of the Triffids
                      I bought this second hand in a thrift store. I am not sure of the value for purchasing one new, but it is a great product. I am growing full sized tomatoes in one side and have grown Bok choy and various lettuces in the other. The alerts reminding me to add water and food are very useful. The app doesn't want to work for raising and lowering the lights, but that could well be because of my network set up, the lights don't need adjusting too often so that isn't an issue. We also have a Sprout and a Harvest 360 and they all have advantages and disadvantages over the other models, this one is probably my favourite, but the one potential concern is the size.

                        One of the worst mistakes of my life
                        I bought the Farm and the Farm Plus. Very hard to assemble. Electronics did not work so it constantly showed that I was low on water. No matter what I hit on the control pad, it took me someplace else on the Farm Plus. Impossible to clean under so very messy. In all fairness to AeroGarden, they did say I could send it back for a refund but after getting it set up, and one of the units pad actually working, I kept it. I gave my older 4 AeroGardens away being so excited about these. One of the biggest mistakes of my life. I should have sent it back. Horrible design from set up to function.
