Does great for me
I have been using afresh in my whirlpool washing machine for about 6 or 7 years and have been very happy and I started using it to clean my dishwasher about 6 months ago and so far I have been very pleased with the results

Very easy to use and fast results. Our water has a very high concentration of minerals in the water. I use it once a month to remove calcium build up in the base and side walls of the dishwasher. This seems to do the trick. The dishwasher is five years old and spotless. Can't make cleaning any easier. Use on a normal cycle.

I have used two of the tablets in the dishwasher several times and still using one with every was...
I have used two of the tablets in the dishwasher several times and still using one with every wash but still have cloudy mineral build up on dishes. It may help some but not very much.

works great for us
I was skeptical when I tried Affresh in the dishwasher. It took the scale and build-up off glassware we thought was beyond salvaging.

I searched all over the store for Affresh for DISPOSALS. By the time I found it in appliances, I didn't pay attention that it was for dishwashers, NOT DISPOSALS! Very frustrated that I wasted time and money for what I didn't need. Please carry it in the cleaning section.

Smells bad
I received this sample with my stainless steel dishwasher. I had noticed some buildup and remembered I had this sample. It was very effective. No more buildup.
On the other hand, it left a horrible odor behind; not only in the dishwasher but my entire house! Hoping the smell will go away by the morning. Very disappointed.

Affresh® Dishwasher Cleaner does not have any added fragrance. Any noticed scent in this product is a byproduct of the tablet ingredients.

Amazing
I just bought my house a few months ago and every so often would have some residue left on my dishes. I looked inside and found build-up all over the dishwasher (I before moving in, tried cleaning the dishwasher with bleach) I threw 2 of these in just like the package said and WOW!! I wish I had a before and after picture! the dishwasher is now all white inside (there were some stains of rust/build-up) you can see the build-up is gone. I cannot believe how easy that was! I will def be using this monthly to keep up with the cleaning. I even told my aunt about them for hers and she's going to be picking some up as well. HIGHLY recommend!!

I have use this product for some time and it works as good, or better than Glisten. Both are great products, but this can be used for six months and the two pack of Glisten is around six dollars and would last two months.
It's sort of a no brainer. Dishwasher comes very clean and gets rid of hard water stains and help keep filter and water hose clean and clear as well.
