This air purifier performs as advertised. It operates in a quiet manner even at higher speeds. It efficiently removes allergens and odors from the air.

So far it's very good. I am still sneezing from dander, but they say to give it a month. It's only been 2 weeks.

These purifiers are great. Such a simple well constructed design. I've used other purifiers from big box stores in the past. Alen is far superior. A one piece filter that's simple to change. The controls are easy to use. The air quality monitor LED is a nice touch. I also like that you can turn off the indicator lights with one tap of the power button.

I’m so in love with my Alen air purifier. This is the fourth one I have bought in the last year. Two are in my home, one in my father’s home, and one in my daughter’s home. It is a game changer. It had significantly reduced the dust in my house and helps with things like Cooking odors as well! I love the color sensor that shows my home is current air quality. After I’ve had people in my home I just feel better that I can turn it to high after they leave and to remove germs.

At first purifier worked great, but after only using it for a month there is a fruity smell that comes from the air after its purified. I will be contacting customer service.

I purchased the Classic for the main part of my house and the Flex for my bedroom to help with cigarette smoke from a neighbor and also campfire and fire pit smoke and am very happy with the results. I moved to the Central Coast since I have a lot of sinus issues and was very sick and had constant severe headaches when living in the Central Valley of California so I was very discouraged when a couple of years ago those symptoms were returning due to the smoke problem. I had put in an electric attic fan but that was not effective on it's own so a friend suggested an air purifier and I'm so glad she did. I researched purifiers and settled on Alen in large part due to reviews on how effective they were with smoke. I love the Classic! I have it set for "auto" so when the speed kicks up to high and the red light comes on if I haven't already smelled the smoke and turned on the attic fan I then turn it on to help clear the smoke sooner. After about two weeks of having the purifiers I'm feeling better the headaches and sinus pain are essentially gone and I have more energy. The purifiers are also very easy to set up and the filters are easy to access to replace or clean. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I had does some issues with my credit card and my personal credit card and also the Home Depot credit card and the purchase of this particular item I called into your customer service and received some help from your specialist in customer service. I was I would like to make sure that the person that I dealt with gets appropriate recognition for his excellent excellent Performance at his job and help me with resolution of my issue on credit cards get them straightened away the way it should be and because of the way that I had actually ordered things and problems that I had with the credit cards Home Depot credit card sign such as some no problem with Home Depot and shut off, but I did have issues with the card Because I was ordering online and of course it required that I have the CVS code security code which had been rubbed off I couldn’t Tom couldn’t see it so I wanted to make the charge in order to get a discount on the particular card first time you said, etc. and resolve a couple other clerical issues that either I screwed up or I didn’t understand I don’t know but this young gentleman Did me well I poured his heart out to really make sure no one was John straighten the way quickly correctly and he deserves recognition. He’s the kind of person that when you want it when you call in and you asked for help you get help somebody that knows what they’re doing, someone that can also do what needs to be done and he surely was that gentleman no, I understand that he works for Benjamin Montgomer and I would like to make sure his boss is aware of the fact of his performance. It was excellent I believe his name was either Sheri or Tom but I just want to make sure that he gets appropriate recognition for very very good service. Very efficient service very well Customer oriented service. I bought two of these four years ago. While they do reduce the dust, I’ve been chasing a dirty sock smell for years now. My house is clean and I couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from. Turns out, these so called “air purifiers” were causing the smell. Horrible!!

I purchased an Alen BreatheSmart Classic and after a week purchased a second one. I see less dust & feel like the units are working well reducing allergens.

It preforms what I bought it for. However to my surprise the White Noise it makes does not disturb my sleep

Nice looking piece and fits well in the space we have. Noise level not a problem and can tell when it’s addressing odor issues in the room . Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a well made product that really works.

This is the 6th unit I have purchased over the years for myself and others in my family. Dependable quality with excellent filtration. Highly recommended!

Easy setup and it has made the air in our house so much better. I definitely would recommend this to everyone.

I love the classic! The controls are straightforward and easy to use . The filter fits inside with a friction fit that i love. My 75i has a different filter fitment that i question. I live in an open floor plan Aframe house with a loft, 75i upstairs loft south wall and classic downstairs by the north wall. You should see the amount of dust the prefilters catch! They run strong 24hours a day and no issues! Well other than when a cat sits on the buttons. 😡. I highly recommend these units! I have no central air, so they are my only source of filtering my home. Save your money and by a dependable air purifier! I've bought cheap ones from big box stores in the past, only to have the motor bearings go bad and the noise that comes with that is not worth the price difference!

So far so good. Works as advertised. Smoke has been a problem all summer from Canada fires and what prompted me to get an air purifier.

Working great as advertised. Easy to put filter in the Air Purifier. Turn on and started working. I believe the air quality in the house has improved. The unit is quite!

It looks great and is very quiet. Even on the “turbo” setting the sound is smooth and manageable to sleep with. My only reservation is I am a very cynical person and hope it is truly doing what it as advertised to do with air filtration.

It’s easy to operate. It shows us how unclean our air quality is. We will most likely need a second one for our home. We live in a 1977 home which is very compartmentalized, so we need an air purifier in every room.

I love the Alen Air Purifiers! They are truly quality and quiet. Glad I bought two.

Dos a nice job very quiet but I need a charcoal filter and can't find one on . The smoke from Canada has been bad
