I purchased an Allen BreatheSmart air purifier in early March 2020. I have loved its performance everyday and throughout COVID & NW forest fire smoke. The ionizer can be turned on for odors. It has performed exceedingly well with the Classic HEPA filter. I recommend both.

Located in my finished basement where I spend approximately 50-60 hours a week between my office and gym, the system adds purified air to the environment. Removes the typical basement “musty” smell by circulating fresh air. Also removes dust keeping the floor and working space clean.

Nothing but good quality and service from Alen. Recommend their products to anyone. Have bought units for myself and sons homes without any problems.

Easy to replace and working well, but the red circle stays on for long times. Is there a solution?

Im very disappointed that they don't sell the more customized filters any more for the classic. Spent so much on a filter machine just to have the company discontinue the more advanced filters. For this reason, I won't buy Allen again.
