Looks nice, and gives off a pleasantly quiet fan noise. Have only had it for a few weeks, so can't yet speak on how it works though.

We are using our Flex in the bedroom. It is quiet and we really breathe better. Dust in the room is much reduced. It fits in a small area, is stable on carpet, is perfect for our needs.

This is our second Alen air purifier and the only one we would trust in our baby’s nursery. It’s quiet, the filters last a long time and it works. With all of the compromised air quality issues in the tri-state area lately, this product gives us peace of mind that our baby is safe.

I added this system after having a larger unit in the main part of the house. It is quiet operation in the bedroom area. As an owner of the larger Alen unit for several years, I am totally convinced on the improvement of the air quality in my home.

I ordered the BreatheSmart Flex after I had major sinus surgery a few years ago. The purifier continues to be excellent in every way. I recently bought an additional purifier of the exact type for another room. Great product!

Got this with the VOC/heavy smoke filter a couple of weeks ago and so far it's been great at keeping the air in my room clean. My house isn't super well ventilated so cooking smells can be a problem, but this filter/unit gets rid of them pretty quickly. The only thing I'd like that this unit doesn't have is app connectivity. I have the 75i for the main part of the house and like being able to see the AQI, so it would be nice to see the AQI in my room the same way. Other than that, no complaints. Quiet and efficient.

We have only been using this for a week. I can’t tell you if it working yet. I can say this the support from Alen has been great all questions answered. They answer the phone when you call. They have been very helpful with all my needs . My air purifier arrived pretty fast. I think it will take a few weeks to notice the difference. I am a happy customer and I would recommend this product to any one. Warranty is Great.

Have owned for over two years now and am very happy with this unit! It's quiet, easy to set up, easy to change filters (only once per year!), easy operation. High quality device. Fit and finish are outstanding. Recommend purchasing the best filter - the one which captures smoke. I've owned many different air purifiers over the years and this one is by far the best!

Bought one for my parents and another for my mother in law. All can tell a huge difference in their air quality!

I noticed an improvement in the air in my upstairs within one day! I have two litter boxes and even though I clean them daily it wasn’t quite doing the trick. The BreatheSmart Flex is very quiet and compact. Definitely a good value.

Dissatisfied Only because it couldn’t get rid of the cigarette smoke that a neighbor in my apartment complex was smoking and getting into my unit and I got the filter that’s made for wildfire smoke. I thought it would got rid of the odor and affects of the smoke, but it couldn’t keep up with the neighbors smoking

This is the second Allen air purifier I have purchased. I;m happy with the product, delivery, etc. The problem is that you sent a black front panel, instead of the oak finish I ordered. I discovered this only after unpacking and recycling the packaging.

Great product. It works. Just that simple. Everyone should have one in their space. Simple set up and easy to use.

This is my 2 nd alen air filter… we have 2 dogs and I have pulmonary issues so clean air is so important….I have 1 in our bedroom and 1 in the livingroom. I run them 24/7 . They are quiet and effective… And look good. I love mine. Easy filter exchange …

I mainly purchased this unit and the special odor filter to mitigate the strong odor of our cat. Unfortunately, this machine has not made a dent in the odor. The size of our bed room is about 10’ by 12’, which is smaller than the size that this machine promises to handle. At full blast, it serves as an overpriced fan and at regular speed, it is a glorified white noise machine. I don’t know if it works with other odors and smoke, but if your odor problems are pet related, this device is not the solution. Given that to use it, you will have to keep spending money on proprietary filters, I wouldn’t call it a good investment either.

Ordering and receipt of product was seamless. This is our second air purifier. Bought the BreatheSmart Flex Hepa and it is very quiet. Perfect for the bedroom. It blends in well and takes up little space.

Bought the larger version 3-4 years ago. Works very well, so we bought this one for the bedroom as we woke up with allergies. Wake up less often during the night and allergies are better.

I have asthma, and the Alen air purifier is helping tremendously. Thanks for such an excellent product.

This is my second purchase of this purifier. I now have two. That alone should suffice as to how I like this product.

It does have an auto button like my other purifier. Does not really let me know when air quality is poor.

Works great , considering we purchased these 2 for cats and pollen then the Canada FF smoke covered our state. No problems.

I already on a 45 I and I ordered the flex for my bedroom area. This unit is very quiet and very effective on dust and pollen. It uses the same filter as the 45I. I am very pleased with both products. The customer service at Alen is terrific. I highly recommend their products.

Have been enjoying our Alen air purifier for just over 2 weeks. It's very quiet and I have noticed less dust in the living room area where it's located. Also I have not been sneezing while watching TV due to all of the pollen in the air outside.

I like the Flex. It doesn't' have the auto speed feature but it really doesn't' matter that much. I leave it on the setting I want and walk away knowing it's taking care air quality which is the reason I bought it.

The most quiet air purifier I’ve owned, and I’ve had several over the years. The smoke filter is extremely effective. Very satisfied so far!

There is construction across the street from our building. The amount of dust in our home has been significantly reduced by our new Alen. Wish we had gotten the unit earlier.

I bought this because I don't like the carbon portion on my Blueair purifier. The construction quality of the Alen air purifier is better than Blueair, works great (so far) and no carbon filter stink.
