Nice trim Arrived as expected

This is excellent quality molding. I ordered it online and it was shipped to my local HD. The pieces I ordered were carefully wrapped together in plastic, and then inserted into a very sturdy 8’ heavy cardboard tube. Each piece was perfectly smooth and straight, with no nicks or splits or rough spots. A very light sanding with 320 grit sandpaper followed by a wipe down with a rack rag was all that was needed. This molding will be painted, and hemlock takes paint well. I use two coats of Kilz2 Latex primer, followed by two coats of Behr Premium Plus Ultra in color Ultra Pure White semi-gloss. Highly recommended.

Works well as an alternative to quarter-round base shoe. Nice profile, easy to work with.
