Too lightweight and flimsy.

We cannot figure out how to set up the pump system and the tiers!! This is ridiculous.....we tried to call the # but the man that we spoke with didn't speak very good english so he didn't understand the help we needed. FRUSTRATING. There's like 10 pieces only. We will try it again this weekend but then I will return!!

Looks nice. Only problem is when the pump gets clogged, you have to take apart the fountain to clean it.

Very easy to assemble, very cute and "bubbles" all day creating a soothing sound. The birds take a drink, so do the chipmunks and squirrels. The only slightly negative comment I have is that it can be hard to level. I used some shims underneath to level the birdbath and water. Otherwise, very good buy!

I was looking for a fountain for my aviary. I couldn’t use a heavy cement or ceramic fountain as I would need to be able to lift it in and out of the aviary for cleaning. This fountain was a snap to put together and the price was very reasonable. This fountain is awesome and I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone!!!

This fountain is very hard to take apart to clean. First time we did it broke.

Water pump was not adjustable, has the slot for it but no lever as indicated in the instructions, not enough pumping power to flow the water to the top, had to buy a adequate water pump and make adaptations to make it work as advertised

Lightweight and easy to assemble. It works exactly as shown in the picture. It is what I was looking for in a fountain and the light green color works perfectly with the flower arrangement around it. Very happy with it. Have received many complements from those who have seen it.

The pump failed within 3 day but Alpine replaced the whole fountain immediately!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m pretty happy with this water fountain. It comes with all the necessary instructions and parts, and is fairly well made. It’s an acrylic/plastic with a bronze finish, so it is lightweight. It was pretty easy to set up, but it’s important that the fountain sits on a level surface. I originally had it in the yard on a couple of concrete tiles, but it’s so hot where I live that the water evaporated quickly and I was needing to fill it too often. It is perfect in a shady spot in the garden or on a porch. The sound of the water trickling is super soothing and meditative.

Needs to be refilled every day,... pump burned out after 3 months...Pretty boy needs a larger water resovoir.. Easy to assemble.

Thin plastic- even with stakes wouldn’t stand up weather etc or animals Missing parts - very dissatisfied and then finding out that since it came from a third party the Home Depot won’t honor a return! Buyers beware!!

Set up out doors and in no time the pump clogged. Eventually, we threw it away. Poorly made.

Much lighter than stated in product details. Weighs less than 5 pounds. But was easy to assemble and I get many compliments on it.
