These windows were great for the application I had. They fit perfectly into the space I had to work with with no trouble at all. Screws provided were excellent for what I had to attach to. The trim pieces for oversized hole were not used, I had wood sash inside. Thanks.

Poorly made—sharp metal edges, smeared glass, seams not lined up.

Extremely satisfied with the windows

The grille on the upper half of the window, which is not adjustable since it is in between the glass panels, is crooked. It looks ridiculous. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it before installation and spent hours removing the older window and putting in this one. I do not recommend this product - the workmanship/quality control is very poor.

For the money these windows are solid, installed well and are a huge improvement over my crumbling wood double hung windows. I have a few high end wooden replacement windows but almost like these better. These are not as fancy but do the job well. Delivered in a solid crate in perfect condition.

Didn’t notice it’s a remodeling window not a new construction one. Have to get creative but it’s a great window overall

It says lifetime warranty that is why i purchased 20 of them one of them had a crack they said it only had one year warranty. I missed it by 2 months. I thought lifetime meant lifetime. they meant a yesr warranty.

Poorly made! Was sokd these windows in Florida and they are not coded to use in Florida. Very dissatisfied with service and knowledge of what you sell to your customers. Im out 2800 bucks as wi dows were placed in concreta addition to my home!!!

Great window and easy installation

Quality made replacement window, installation is real simple and like that has the tilt-in feature to easily clean the window. Also has the grates internal within glass so it's easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Yeah this one is it gonna fit me just fine by new project here in beautiful Montana and I still need to order five more which I will be doing shortly thank you very much have a beautiful day
