I purchased 2 of these windows. after they were installed I realized that on the inside of the window one had a nice finished trim and the other did not. You can see the metal track with the bottom of screws sticking out. What happened to quality control? Also bought 13 windows with grilles and some have the finished trim and some do not. Unfortunately I did not notice until they were installed.

Look great. Easy to install.

There was silicone all over the glass between the panes and along the edges. Looks like a 2nd grader put it together also plastic welds were crappy

Nice windows for the price

The double hung window only opens from the bottom. We've been in touch with the manufacturer saying that BOTH windows may have "happened to be defective". They sent us replacement hardware that needs to be installed and we have to do this ourselves using a YouTube video. Fun.

Generally speaking I am pleased with the windows. However. upon unpacking I noticed the upper pane in one of the windows has a crack in the lower left corner. I would like a replacement pane provided if possible as the rest of the window is intact. If not, an entire replacement window needs to be provided in exchange for the defective one. Please advise as to how to accomplish this. Thank you

Been in for one month. So far, good. Went in easy, looks good and moves smoothly.

The window fit into the space perfectly and allows the right amount of light to the room.

Impressed with the quality, and worked very well. Should work well and last a long time.

Window looks good and works fine

Cheap windows, but could be made to size. Do not cover the studs like Anderson and Pella, so more trim work will be needed.

Do not waste your money on these junk windows the company does not stand behind them at all the glass fell out on two of my windows !

Special ordered a huge window through home depot 10 years ago. Well over 1000.00 just for the window. It was installed and after a few years it fogged. Have lost receipt and the record at home depot does not go back that far. Manufacturer states call Home Depot. Home Depot states contact the manufacturer. My mistake for not keeping the paperwork. Would not buy this brand again. Have to replace it for over 2000.00. Hoping Symonton is better. Don't lose your receipt if you purchase this brand.

Quality and construction are excellent. Window looks great and will make a big difference for getting more natural light into the room.

It’s a nice, no frills window. Gets the job done. I recommend!

Have had these windows now since spring of 2021. My energy thermals burned have gone down nicely. Absolutely no fogging or frosting or any other issues with these windows. Bottom line - GREAT windows & FANTASTIC installers
