The window itself is a good quality, but the information on the website is wrong. 45x25 shows as an actual size on the website, but this is wrong. That is rough opening size. I demolished existing window trusting this information and purchased the window in store without reading the label. The window is too small.. :( Looks like I will have to special order the window I need. That is going to take a very long time and now I'm without a window.

Window was very easy to install. If old window check inside and out for little screws and remove before trying to take old window out. Unscrew old window in frame , pop out old and put in new.
