Junk. Doesn't lock tight for 1. 2nd problem is that the seams on the window and the frame were horrible. Had to slam window to close and very difficult to open. I had to spend almost an hour shaving down with a razor to be able to operate the window smoothly. I would never buy or recommend this product.

Great window for price. Installed in block home, went smaller then the old one. No problems installing and the window works as it should.

Stop the original order had to have manager reorder window original person screwed it up

Very easy installation. Just unwrap it and put in the hole and use the convenient nailing fin to nail window firmly in place. I recommend caulking the backside of nailing fin just before installing for a water tight seal against the tyvek.

The outside does Not make a perfect 90 angle for trim work outside

Total garbage windows. Half of the slider locks do not align, preventing the windows from both closing and locking properly. Every one you can find in the store (I visited 3 different stores in two days) has at least 1 misaligned lock, and are returned or rejected items. They're shipping from the warehouse like this. Additionally there is barely any sealing at the top edge of the sliding pane - perhaps 1/8" square overlap of vinyl between the outside and inside. Granted these are cheap(ish) windows, they're not even worth the $175 they're listed at.

I am happy to bought a American Craftsman window . The material is and the price is affordable.

The windows didn't line up properly st the locks had to get another one and that one was worse. Used parts from both windows to make it work.

Replacing the older windows in our home with these. Easy to install, nice looking and easy to open for the ocean breezes.

Installed very nice but one of the two locks is Brocken as it was cracked being made of plastic. Have not had time to go back and complain.
