The product description is vague as to what it fits. I bought it to hang some 4" round metal ventilation duct and the hangers were to big. I was able to modify them to fit and they fit the flexible ducting very nicely.

With multiple options available, I continue to use these clamps to hold my exterior stacks in place. They win on ease of use, strength and cost effectiveness. I warranty my work: if our rough winters blow a stack loose, I have to get on a ladder, even at 10-below, a d fix it. I use these clamps because I don't want that to happen.

These hold my exterior vent pipes securely and are easier to use and more versatile than other clamps I've used. I warranty my installations for 3 years, so I only buy parts that I can rely on to hold fast and last long.
This pipe hanger worked well and was a lot cheaper...

This pipe hanger worked well and was a lot cheaper than hangers from competitors. This hanger secures the pipe much better than metal plumber’s strap.
