It is just what I needed. It provides a next of support for the carpet and keeps it in place, with no slipping.

Really great quality, but still able to be trimmed, if need be.

This rug pad is great! The rug does not move and it makes the rug feel cushy. I have it under my 9x12 rug.

Great pad that provides thickness and grip. I purchased 2 in the larger size and 1 smaller one and am pleased with them all. They are a bit difficult to cut though with regular scissors.

Made all the difference in the world. It had to be trimmed a bit to fit the carpet we had and that was tough; However, didn’t mind as it just reinforced my opinion of the quality and durability of the mat.It made our “economy” rug look and feel like a million bucks.

Overall, it's a great padding. Rug stays in place and gives a little softness to the rug as well.

I bought this pad to put under a new area rug that was going in an entryway that was mostly vinyl, but the outside edges of the rug would sit on some carpet. I laid the pad as instructed on the packaging for being used on carpet and it works great! The area rug hasn't slipped out of place at all! I would highly recommend this!

Great mat. Perfect thickness.

Easy to cut if you have a sharp scissors. Provides a nice, soft, cushy feel to the carpet when walking on it. Very satisfied with this purchase.

It does not hold the area rug in place. Nice if you only wanted a carpet pad to increase the softness. I used double-sided tape between the carpet and the pad to hold the two together and they still slip on my wood floor. Am I missing something?

What an incredible pad for under my new rug. Holds it in place on top of tile floor, and adds cushioning.

Sturdy, thick, rubber & fiber pad that was perfect to lay a rug over.

Measurements were off. I ordered the 6' round rug pad, not noticing that in the more detailed description, it was 66" (which is 5.5', not 6'). Since my rug is larger than 6' diameter to begin with, it would've been really nice to realize that this rug pad is 5.5' in diameter and not 6' as the title says. Otherwise the quality looks fine, but it's still in the package and I may return it and look for a larger size.
