It was delivered on time with no damage. I hooked it up and it has worked perfectly with no issues. I would recommend this unit to any one not wanting to spend 12K on a higher priced unit .

The brand new hot tub was delivered in a timely manner of 2 weeks. Although it is a beautiful tub it is still inoperable because it came with a union clamp that will not tighten, which causes the water to leak out.
I have yet to hear back from the company since emailing them the pictures of this problem, I will be calling them again today now that the holiday weekend is over. You spend so much money on a product this big you expect it would come PROPERLY assembled, HA! My husband and I are not thrilled.

Great hot tub so far, but don't be fooled by Home Depot and the fact that they say that they'll deliver it. What they mean is they will have one guy, plop your hot tub either in your driveway or on the curb. You then have to pay a hot tub moving company to put it where you actually want it. Hot tub has been great, but was highly disappointed in Home Depot and the fact that this was not communicated.

Super strong jets, in fact on full power they will blow you off the seats. The jets are adjustable and well placed. Heats quickly, about 7-8 degrees an hour. The 2 lighted water fountains are fun at night. We've had it installed for a week and so far, so good.

The spa would not turn on with 2 errors on the control panel. After 2-3 calls for support we were told a New board would be delivered and a technician would come out to switch out boards. The new board arrived today and waiting for the spa technician

I have not yet installed it. Great price and I am sure it is a great spa. Home Depot also worked with me when the truck company could not deliver the spa to my house. As hard as this to to believe, they had no way to deliver off the truck without a loading dock. I picked it up at Home Depot.

The spa
This is the most comfortable spa I have ever used. It not only has forty jets they are all really good ones. The led waterfalls are really more like fountains but are a cool feature. Love this spa.

AWESOME value hottub!
Can't beat this hottub for the money. Two powerful pumps, great seating arrangement, comfortable lounger, and more. It doesn't have the fancy lighting and sound system, but has everything you need.

Amazing hot tub we brought it during memorial day weekend and I have to say this is the best investment on ourselves we have made. The jets are extremely powerful but at the same time gentle it makes you feel like you are getting a full body massage. The light looks beautiful especially at night when it changes colors because it comes thru the waterfalls. Installation seem very easy for the electrician who did it in 2 days. One thing is this product is heavy 840 pounds so make sure you borrow a forklift before arrival to help you move it around because home depot's forklift did not fit thru our fence.
It's a beautiful addition to your backyard we were undecided whether to get an above ground pool or the hot tub but I am glad we did, even my neighbors complemented us. Our kids love it and since it's summer we adjusted the temperature to make it comfortable.
Overall we are in love with this product!!!

Nice large spa for the price
I found this spa on the daily special for 3200.00 plus shipping. For a six person spa that's a good bargain. It has two jet setting a for two areas, and a fountain feature with lights. Nice deep seating an plenty of adjustable jets. Program runs clean cycle and ozonator is included. The inside cabinet is open and you can see all the inside and the pumps, insulation is a single sheet of reflective Mylar all around the tub, will see how it handles the winter later this year. Higher prices models come with more insulation, I'm in the sunbelt so may not be a problem for me, if you are more north you may want to check the r factor. Works well. Have enjoyed so far. Ordered online and was delivered to my yard. I prepared the site and moved the tub into place and set it up. Not a one or even two person job. We used 4 large men to move the almost 900 lb tub into place and lay down flat. Delivery will not put it in place for you. Overall for the first month is a good purchase for a good price.

Great value for all of the features. Multiple jet configurations and powerful jets provide a water massage type experience. Free shipping was great and it was delivered with no damage. Start up was quick and easy and heated up fast. An electrician will be required to hard wire the spa to your electric service. Spa is used for water therapy following knee replacement surgery and it is awesome. Wish it could be a salt water spa to eliminate any chemical use, however the ozonator it a useful feature.

Home Depot doesn't tell you that they're not gonna help you with the delivery that they're not gonna set it up and Once you open the box it doesn't tell you where the electrical panel is which is so important since you have an 845 pound unit that you can't just move it at will you have to already have it facing the correct direction it does not tell you where the electrical is inside you have to unscrew panel after panel to check that's not good

Our spa delivered very fast, within about 10 days, which I think is fast compared to a spa store up the street that said it would be about 30 days. Had to hire a guy to hard wire 220. I really like the color and it is much nicer than it looks in the pictures. They grey color has depth like gypsum. It looks great on my screened in porch. Bravo!

VERY PLEASED!
We previously had a hot tub from a different brand, but it was broken and my husband and I decided to upgrade. I did my research and really loved the overall look of this hot tub. It looks better in person and has all the features we were looking for. Lots of jets, a lounger, colored lights, and a ozonator. This hot tub is amazing in quality, price, and power! We are very pleased with our purchase and I know this will last a lot longer than our previous hot tub.
