Toilet was easy to install and looks great in the new space!

Bought 2 toilets with scheduled delivered and installed in one day. NSD said toilet will be ahead of schedule, and date cannot be changed because "Home Depot is our number one customer." Ultimate Plumbing thankfully obliged. On delivery date, 3 boxes came that had 2 toilet bowls and a tank arrived. Warehouse should have seen that 2 toilets could not equal 3 boxes. When I called NSD and Home Depot, no one was able to locate the mixing item. Plumber refuse to come and install for 1 toilet.

The toilet was easily installed by our handy man and we had a non-electric bidet seat installed - also easy. It flushes great and is much easier to clean and keep clean than our last toilet. The plumber recommended this model as a solid product well-worth the price. I wish we had 2 more!

Power wash is not really true. Doesn’t seem any more powerful than the old toilet. I’ll stick with a 1.6 gal toilet next time!

Wimpy low flow flush

The American Cadet 3 Powerwash is working perfectly. The humming has ceased and there have been no backups. Also it is a lovely addition to the half bath.

We bought this model to replace a broken toilet in the home we just moved into, and I couldn't have asked for an easier install! Especially considering that this was the first toilet I ever put in. All the parts fit great with easy to understand instructions, will definitely buy another when we redo our basement bathroom.

Easy to install and strong flush. I am very happy with this purchase and will likely buy again.

Cant speak for others experience but for us so far so good. It was easy to install the 10 inch. When they built the house the layout for the sewer made the previous 12 in toilet jammed in against the wall. That made it difficult to take the lid off, which had to be forced in between the tank and drywall. Not mention that the previous one sucked and clogged all the time. It also did not allow for the outlet at the bottom of the toilet to line up with the sewer hole which is likely one reason why it always clogged. This one has been EXCELLENT!

So far so good. It was easy to install and hasn’t clogged yet unlike our last non-AS toilet did.

Low flush and perfect height

Tank leaked.Getting a replacement was a real hassle. Won't buy american standard again.

Works great ! 200% better then the Kohler it replaced and at better than half the price.

Was shipped this item by mistake. The toilet has performed above my expectations in its really good flushing action, low water use, quietness and rare need for a second flush. What more can you expect from a toilet?

Very happy with the cadet 3. It came with every thing needed to install. It Iver easy to install Wok's very well every flush.

Needed a 10.5 rough in . Wanted a low flow design and found both in the Cadet. Flushes great. Very happy.

Works as expected. Wife’s happy, I’m happy.........However, first one was delivered to store broken. After opening box at home, I discovered a severely broken toilet. Had to return & wait another 8-9 days for another toilet. Check contents of box before accepting!

Doesn’t have the power like the demo video, also the float inside tank will not stop water from filling tank.

Works well. They forgot to include the bolt caps and Home Depot was no help but American Standard send them out right away.

I like the elongated shape. I like the tall height, I like the video showing how much stuff can be flushed down this toilet. What I don't like is that it does not clean the bowl very well. There is NO water flow down the back center bowl wall from the waterline to the rim. Anything "placed" there will remain until manually removed.

The Cadet 3 toilet works great!

Exceedingly easy to unpack, assemble and install. This model did not come with a seat, which most consumers should expect (and appreciate) these days. Allows you to get the size fit and comfort you want. I was a bit skeptical about the flushing power of a water efficient but this does not disappoint

The product met my expectations and well pleased with it. Delivery was not what I expected. First delivery - the tank was broken and had to send it back. The second delivery - the back of the toilet had a small piece broken but the installer was able put it back together. It was in an area where no water would run through it. Overall, satisfied with the toilet.

Awesome toilet!

Just installed this in wife's remodeled bathroom. She likes the additional height and the strong flush enough that we purchased another for the Master bath remodel that starts end of the week..
