Very very disappointed in their idea of brushed nickel. It has way to much of a gold tint in them. Had Plummer install when I was not here when he opened the box, but I wasn’t and they were installed. Not happy at all!!!!! The faucet themselves are good.

Quality issues. It's frustrating to receive two defective products straight from the box. The first faucet has its aerator slanted and stuck. The second faucet has a leaky T-connector. The T-connector is very difficult to take off once snapped in. I am unable to remove and return the faucets now (without cutting the cable).

Installed this faucet in December 2019 and it’s corroding and peeling already. I do NOT recommend this, check out the pictures

Functions well, but the finish is impossible to keep "clean". It is permanently splotchy

I bought two for a double vanity. One worked fine, the other leaked right out of the box, right near the end where the two pieces meet. I had trouble finding another one to match the one that worked. I tried to call customer support, but gave up and bought another online, because I couldn't find one in the 3 stores I went to that were in my area. I bought a couple of other faucets of another brand and I feel like they were easier to assemble and had better quality parts. They were smaller but they also cost less in the same finish. Overall I think 3.5 stars would be a fair rating for this faucet. I would have recommended it if the one hadn't leaked straight out of the box.

This faucet looks nice, but the lever for opening and closing the drain is designed terribly and doesn’t work. I took it out to work on it and now it can’t be replaced because of its shape and interference from the wall. I can’t think of a solution so it looks like I’m going to have to replace the entire faucet assembly. Terrible.

I love the style of this faucet...beautiful and elegant and the price is right. According to my contractor, it is easy installation. I would recommend this faucet.

The faucets looked awesome. I bought three and installed them in Sept 2019. Now they are corroding on the faucet tip. The copper is leaching out or corroding enough to where it literally is being disintegrated. Not sure what to do, but i'm going to have to replace. I've never had any other problems with oil bronze faucets at a different house so I'm not sure why its happening here.

I had two sets professionally installed recently. For $109 I thought this would be better quality. Up top, the look is pretty (brushed nickel had a gold tint) and modern, but it is underneath where the problems are. The drain pull is VERY problematic, gave the installer a hard time because it kept separating. Underneath the connectors interfere with the water line and is made of cheap plastic. It came out the first time I used it. The screw that is supposed to hold the rod in place is mounted in cheap plastic! (Shame on them-the designers should know better than this) Thus it’s not ever right enough to hold the rod securely, can’t over tighten lest it strips. Ugh. Chintzy, as my grandfather used to say. I’m afraid to even use the drain pull it’s so bad. I still don’t know how to resolve it because I’m not paying more $ to have another pro waste time on it.

The faucets are sleek and the chrome is lovely, but I was hoping they would be more elegant.

I researched many faucets and finally settled on this one for its look and value. Removing my old faucet was difficult but this install was very easy so I am happy with my purchase.

Recently remodeled our bathroom and I wanted a faucet that mounts right on the sink with no base. This set was perfect and looks beautiful and very shiny.

This faucet took little time to install. The handles operate very smoothly and allow you adjust to your desired temperature. I'm overall very satisfied with this purchase and definitely recommend.

Bathroom faucet is very nice. Speed connection system very easy to install. It has a clean modern design and looks expensive.

This chatfield faucet was very easy to install, looks better then I expected very easy to understand instructions.

Gorgeous chrome with a modernized unique style. Super smooth 90-degree turn handles. Aerated and efficient water flow. Very easy 3-hole (8-inch) installation – both handles and the spout are held by plastic rings and easily twist on. Quick connect common lines, while the main water lines are built-in, color coded for hot and cold, thin, flexible and long enough to reach most installations. Includes a chrome drain and pop-up rod. The drain didn’t require any plumbers putty as it had a preinstalled seal build-in. The pop-up rod was a bit tricky since after being installed it would constantly get in the way of the T-shaped quick connect (see pics), regardless of it being in the front or the back. This was mostly limited to my installation because of the tight space of the pedestal sink. I will move it to the back and attach the quick connect to the wall to keep it out of the way. I like the look and operation of this AS Chatfield and it certainly brought a new spark to the guest bathroom. I can definitely recommend it.

Faucet fixture was defective (plastic connector) which resulted in water shooting into the vanity. Installer had to purchase additional parts to secure which added to my labor charge. Photo attached below illustrates the black plastic part that was defective.

This is the second time I've purchased this faucet for a bathroom upgrade. It's very classy looking and the quality is unquestionable. Two years and no problems whatsoever. It has lifted my bathroom from mundane to quite well appointed as the brushed nickel finish matches all my other hardware fittings perfectly. It has exceeded all my expectations.

Awesome faucet and beautiful addition to our newly renovated bathroom. Easily installed and design is both relaxing and fashionable. My wife loves the brushed appearance and we are planning to purchase another one for the first floor bathroom. Had it for a few weeks and just wonder why I didn't change it sooner. Met all expectations and added to the overall beauty of the bathroom.

I love the color! It's a darker bronze color but is not black. Easy to install and looks very nice with my granite vanity top.

The product was great. The price was right just installed it. I am not a plumber but it was very simple to install not a lot of tools required. The faucet handles work very easy you don't have to use pressure on the handle to shut the water off or turn it on Looks great in the bathroom and the wife was pleased that it was done quickly and looks good. Will be buying another for our master bathroom. No problems would reccommend this product.

A quality faucet that is very easy to install. It has a clean, modern design and looks expensive. I had originally ordered another faucet for a bathroom vanity makeover. After close examination of their construction, I could not justify a $40 price difference. Most modern faucets use ceramic disc cartridges. Replacement cartridges for American Standard are only $8 and are likely to need replacement over a typical 15 year faucet life span. Hot and cold side use the same cartridge. Direction of operation is set by positioning a limit adapter during cartridge installation. No tools are needed other than a 5/8" wrench to connect the supply lines at the under cabinet valves. Highly recommended.

Simple install. Looks beautiful.

This was by far one of the easiest faucets I've installed. Don't overtighten plastic faucet bushings but you have to crank on them pretty good to get them to tighten up, might consider adding a rubber gasket seal applied to under faucet handles to provide grip on smooth surface vanities. Great product and great price point.
