Even with some problems it's still a 4.5!
Bottom of bowl has a permanent yellow stain. and for a week cardboard was being flushed out of bottom water flow hole, 4 different times...NO IDEA where or why the internal part of a toilet would have had cardboard in it to clog up and than flush out.
Over all will still rate the toilet a 4.5 star. easy to install, looks great and silent close lid works perfectly. And it dealt with the cardboard clog with its strong flush!

No Job Too Big for This Little Beauty
Elegant toilet with petite tank handles the big jobs with ease. Flushes fully the first time. And the tank refills quickly and quietly. I can’t imagine toilets that cost two or three times as much work any better than this little beauty.

Nothing Special. Tank was small. Overpriced for the value. Returned and bout an American Standard Champion. Works just as well and was $100 cheaper

The outside of the toilet is too shallow, making it to where you have to shim it a 1/4.

The item was damaged/broken by NSD in shipping. After weeks of waiting they delivered a damaged box and broken tank, visible without even taking it out of the box. This is not the first order that NSD has damaged.

Flushing mechanism doesn’t work as smoothly as other brands. You have to push the handle hard and hold it for a complete flush. My old toilet was easier.

The toilet meets all my expectations.
