Easy assembly and water flow adjustment. A very strong flush and no issues yet. We went with the round toilet for our small bathroom.

You have to hold the button down for a second.
I'm no plumber, but this thing will swallow up your turds like nobody's business. You have to hold the button down for a second, though, which takes some getting used to.

We needed to go to a higher seat on our toilets and were having new flooring installed so it was time for the change. The units were delivered as scheduled and both installed easily. The low volume flushes work very well. No need to "double flush".

Two-step partner
Don't much like the looks of the skinny tank (necessary for the location), but I'm delighted with the performance. Swallows MUCH better than my previous low-flow toilet. When that one needed its innards replaced, I decided to splurge on this totally new dual-flush one. SO worth it! I love being able to choose to use less water when possible, and it does a totally reliable job with solids. (Not that I've actually tried golf balls....)

Company is well-known but this model didn't excel
Dual flush seemed like a good idea but this model, in particular, wasn't worth the hassle. One of the buttons only worked if held almost 3 seconds. Replaced tank but it didn't change much. A different American Standard dual flush bought 3 years ago works perfectly.
