Easy install. Followed the directions exactly, but used a newer waxless ring. Perfect fit. Now after flushing with only 1.6 gallons of water, I had concerns whether it could handle the "big load" Well no issues so far. Keep in mind that this toilet has an 800 gram m.a.p. performance rating. That means that from 0-1000 this one rates 800. that's 800 grams. or 1.5 pounds of whatever you flush. Are you kidding me? one and a half pounds?!!!!!! Doesn't look like enough water is used to do the job, and although there have been absolutely no issues, I sometimes flush twice, just to make sure. Arrived at Home Depot 2 days early.

I apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. Most toilets don't come with the wax ring and t bolts unless it is sold it a kit and advertised as such.
