We have purchased this same tub 4 times in the past and really love it. There is only one flaw...the jets are too high and require too much water to fill before being able to turn on jets. We are looking at it again but wish this flaw could be changed!!! If lowered a couple inches this tub would be perfect in every way!

Great tub, you definitely need to know some basic carpentry for the install, but it's a pleasure to relax in. I highly recommend getting the heater as well.

Very poor craftsmanship

Bought this tub when remodeling our master bath to replace an existing corner tub. The minimal wall measurements you truly need are 66" x 66" to have room to build the surround you need for this tub. In other words, if you don't have 66" in both direction from the corner where you're going to install this tub, then it will not work for you! We already knew going into this project that this tub was bigger than our existing 60" x 60" corner tub. We wound up having to move our closet door down a foot and remove our double sink vanity and build a new one. If you're doing this yourself, count on it taking a while. This is no easy project. We paid for home shipping - it was worth the extra $50! The tub arrived in perfect condition. It is heavy, but nothing two people can't handle. you get a cardboard template in the box with the tub. The template has little notches that are perforated around its perimeter. You want your surround to come no further under the tub lip than the inner part of those notches. You need the rest of the space to get the tub in the surround and allow for the motor, piping, etc. For the tub base we used blocks and spray foam. Once you build your surround and set your tub in place, you use pavers to get within an inch or so of the bottom of the tub. You then fill the tub with water to weight it down and spray foam between the blocks and the bottom of the tub. Wait 24 hours for the foam to set hard, then let out your water. The tub is set, has a sturdy base and you didn't have to kill yourself with mortar! We skirted our surround with 3/4" v-notch pine. It helps tremendously with the noise from the pump and looks beautiful. Be sure and leave the required opening for service so as not to void your warranty. We still have several days work to finish our bathroom remodel, but attached is a photo of where we are so far with the tub. It is all hooked up and operational and is wonderful! The jets are very powerful and work great to soothe sore muscles after days on end of DIY!!!! Again, the distance from the corner to the outside edge of the surround in our pic is 66 inches. Hope this helps folks who may think about order this tub based on the dimensions in the description as they are inaccurate when planning on whether or not this tub will fit in your bathroom.

We have built several of our own homes, and have had 3 of these whirlpool tubs. They require some knowledge of carpentry/plumbing to install these tubs. For ease of entry and exit, we recommend that a grab bar and step be installed beside the tub. We have always purchased the inline heater to keep the water at a nice constant temperature. They are wonderful to help you relax and unwind. We will not build a home without one now.

We really should have went with a larger tub for the two of us. It’s great for one person. We’re still under construction so haven’t tried it out yet.

First one delivered was cracked and second one hasn’t been delivered yet. Was scheduled for yesterday

I wouldn’t know how this product performs as I had to return it to the store. Within 30 days of receiving my shipment of this tub, the local store lowered the price by $600 and wouldn’t honor the new price. Product returned.

Using enclosed template the unit is an easy install in a frame. Tiled around and enclosed in no time. Jet system works well. Attractive with the ability to use dozens of faucet combination placings, can be mounded in tub edge or over lip from the edge you build around it. Highly recommend this tub.

I wish it came with or was at least easier to find a heater that's compatible with it

Looks great! works as intended. One of the tubs underneath was cracked upon installation. Called the manufacturer directly, they sent the part in three days.

Love everything about the tub except the main power switch leaks, and two of the hoses to the air control valves leak. Currently trying to find the best and easiest way to repair the leaks.

Factory installed fitting leaked.

Box says 54 1/2 x 54 1/2 tub size. Not true, foot print requites 65 x65 foot print to fit room

Super easy and quick process

It looks like a wonderful bathtub. Unfortunately my estimation of size was a bit off and I need to return it. It would have made a massive improvement to what we have now.

Excelente. White beauty

Many of the hose clamps were loose and had to clamp them. A slight defect (fisheye) in the sitting area.
