I really enjoy my new grill. I have to get used to how long it takes to cook some things.

It would be nice if I got the power cord... still waiting on it.

It doesn’t get hot enough. I am already thinking of upgrading. I had a Brinkman that was much more efficient and I’m disappointed that this one does not meet my expectations.

It was Christmas gift for my son who said he would like an electric smoker. He has used it twice and loves it. He said it made smoked ribs so tender using the water pan. Excellent product and very affordable!

My daughter in law put it together, however the lid seems to be bent, does not securely fit on the smoker. I have not used it yet, but looking forward to trying it soon. Just seems like the lid should fit better.

It’s a good smoker just hard to get the heat up

Seems like a nice smoker. Like the fact you can adjust the temp. Only problem I had putting it together was one of the holes for the leg didn’t line up properly, so I had to drill it out a little bit. The little aluminum drip pan is pretty much worthless. There’s nothing to keep it in place.

Parts fit a little too loose. Some "adjusting" was needed to assemble. Metal slider access doors are too flimsy, that is what died on my last smoker. All said the unit still works well and produces great meals. I am enjoying using it.

It works but never reachs ideal temperature

The heating element did not generate enough heat for the temp. gauge to reach the " Ideal" heat setting, even though the unit was turned to the highest level. I will say that the Customer service rep at Home Depot was very helpful. I ended up returning this item after using once.

Instructions made assembly easy. This was a replacement for a Brinkman electric smoker. Cooking times seem to be the same. Well pleased so far.

I've used it twice for smoking. One time for chicken leg quarters and another time for ribs. I had excellent results both times. Easily held temperature around 250 degrees. Yes I would recommend this unit.

Exactly what I wanted.

Love it, easy to maintain, food turns out great !!

The smoker is so easy to use and having 2 racks provides plenty of room for your meat. I smoked a 14.5 lb brisket and it was excellent. I shoehorned it in and only had to use the top rack. The cons are the temperature gauge. It doesn't actually tell the temp. It reads low, ideal, and hot. I kept the smoker on high setting and the gauge stayed in the ideal range. This is fairly common for smokers in this price range. The 14.5 lb brisket was done in about 12.5 hours so despite not knowing the exact temp it cooked just fine. The smoker has 2 metal doors that slide up to access the smoker. The handle is actually part of the door and gets very hot. You need an oven mitt to open it. I have had several smokers in this price range and I would highly recommend this one.

Temp gauge not accurate but otherwise performed well. For price would say it is a good smoker and a good value

Meats smoked come out with smoked flavor and remain moist
