Very pleased with the guards ability to keep leaves out of the gutter, however since I installed the, it has snowed twice and it also keeps the snow out. Consequently, the snow lays on the top of the guard, blocking entry into the gutter and does not allow the gutter or drain to do its job. Now I have ice cicles and water dripping off of the roof over the entire protected area. Not what I expected at all.

Not for long term
This plastic gutter cover might look good and easy to installed. However, after a year, the cover was curved due to the constant sunlight and other exterior elements.

Will not last
I'm sorry but it's only been a few months and I have to have to take them down because they already got clogged and have failed
They do nothing for your gutters. Dirt with plants growing out of the gutters. They're a pain to get off and they are cheap and not worth 1 cent. Bow I have to find something else to install myself because I cant afford to hire a company to do it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Plastic warps in heat/sun
Buyer beware, if these are directly exposed to the sun they will warp in a year and you will be replacing them. Would definitely recommend using screws upon initial installation to extend the life of the guards.

Catches fine debris as advertised then becomes clogged and useless
As advertised. Snaps in easy and fits well. And catches all the "fine" debris in the screen (see image) but then becomes a total block to anything passing through, including water. Was wondering why my gutters were overflowing in a recent rain, and went up and found the screens totally clogged. Wise up folks, it's not the "fine" debris that clogs gutters, it's the big leaves, which this thing blocks easily.
Home Depot, your supplier needs to re-engineer this thing-perhaps remove the screen? Figure some way to remove the "fine" debris when it eventually clogs? Tell me I'm missing something. Had to remove all of them.

Great product, easy for anyone to install. Installed on my garage last year, worked so good just installed on the house today.
Slides under shingles and snaps into front edge of gutter.
Recommended to my neighbor for his house.
