It went on pretty thick covering the wall good. The smell wasn't as bad as I thought. It brought a nice brightness to the basement, if I didn't have to insulate the wall I'd leave it as is.

Mixes easily, and spreads nicely. I used a brush for stains and such, I recommend tossing brush after use. Don't try to save it. Product went on wet and dried like paint! thought it would be rubbery to the touch but its dry and smooth like paint. I sealed a crack in my interior basement foundation.

The first thing I did after receiving this was to put two layers of the product on a piece of thick cardboard about 12in X 12 in and then let it sit for a couple of days. After trying without success over the years to remedy water seeping through our basement, if it waterproofed this piece of cardboared, then the basement area were next on the list. Leaving it overnight in the rain I peeled the rubber paint off the surface to reveal the inside dry and that was good enough for me to continue and do the walls. This Ames block and wall is good on the adhesive side of the specs. No matter what product I had attempted in the past 10 years in order to remedy water seeping through the rough rock lower walls of the basement, nothing had worked. It was easy to layer on using an old 4 inch paint brush and it stayed where I had brushed it on with no sign of this elastomeric, liquid rubber sliding off. I was somewhat surprised that the paint did not produce a bad smell and what odor it did have, albeit small, it soon was lost within a short space of time, certainly within a couple of hours. As I had on previous occasions marked the worst areas that water has seeped through, I concentrated on those places, spreading two coats over a 24 hour period. On the third day after I had finished using the liquid rubber we had a rain storm that lasted all day and most of the night. The next day when checking the results and the effectiveness of the product, the areas that I had used the product on was clear of any water. I am not at all sure if I used too much as I only put two coats on a 2 foot high 20 feet wide area. Either way, it worked and worked to perfection. I was so impressed that I am going to order another few gallons in order to complete the intended areas of the basement. Even the brush I used, instead of throwing it away, it cleaned up quite nicely using only water but after drying it is now waterproof.

Used it on my metal roof seams. Rolled it on. No more leaks.

I use the product in a cement basin I installed in a creek in my back yard. It sealed the basin and stopped the leaking.

It took a little longer to dried than what was expected, but it did what is supposed to do.

So far seems like a very good product. On easily I applied with a brush, no smell. No moisture to the wall yet, we’ll see.

I bought a house with an unknown water seepage problem in the basement. I tried hydraulic cement in the areas and still had a problem. I was able to paint half my basement with one 5-gallon bucket. I painted everything walls and floor (because the water was coming up through the seams in the basement). Last 2 days I received 4 inches of rain and there is no seepage in the areas painted but there is seepage in the unpainted only hydraulic cement areas.

Great Product, easy to apply with a roller and brush.

Painted our basement with is because the lock tite was coming off after 15 years. Went on so easy and has a great surface. Then painted a raw block basement wall with it at another house. A lot more work putting on the first coat but after the third coat it looks wonderful

Goes on wall easy with paint brush. Forms a sealing coat on wall, covering small holes and cracks. Looks great!

I used on block and cracks in concrete floor. Did 3 easy coats. It rained REALLY hard about a week later , did not have a drop of water, no seepage thru the cracks

We used this in a basement that had some moisture. It was an easy application and so far the wall are dry to the touch.

This stuff is great! It was delivered by UPS. I then took the can into our local home depot paint department to have it tinted for FREE. *Just tell the paint expert to use any water based tint colors. (This paint does not come up in their database on how to tint). Once you get it tinted you should use it right away as the gallon jug seemed to be expanding. That's normal. When you start to paint, it will be thick like sour cream. I used regular paint brush and put on thick. It dried within 2 hours but was tacky. That's normal. I did another coat just to ensure a seal. This was on a cement basement wall that needed a seal. Oh and the smell was not bad. It seemed to disappear as soon as it dried. After curing around 24 hours, the wall looks awesome. It looks like I sprayed it with a rubber spray. (Flexsteel). I will wait another month or two and let you know how well it keeps out moisture.

It does not work as advertised. I followed the instructions. I applied 3 coats. I still have water seepage. Waste of money. The only way to truly stop water issues is to tackle the problem from the exterior of the home.
