Great,affordable hot tub!
We bought this hot tub the end of August and we are really enjoying it- maintains temperature easily, chemicals easy to balance,looks great. I wish weekly filter cleaning was easier - tough to clean between the pleats in winter when hose is not available. And they seem to wear down quickly. Otherwise a great unit that we use daily.

A little disappointed with the Build Quality
I'd still expect better build quality for the price. I'm super disappointed in the lack of attention to detail by the manufacturer... After unboxing, I first noticed that the top edge/rim of the spa is completely slanted and there is no way those cup holders will hold a can. I then go to install the "spa filter lid" and it doesn't even fit in the recessed area it is suppose to cover. It sits completely crooked and rocks back and forth? They either sent the wrong cover or the spa is deformed?

I am totally disappointed so far with both Home Depots and Stron Spas response. I would not recommend dealing with either in respect to purchasing a hot tub. You have no one with Home Depot to speak to with any issues, and Strong Spas has no phone number that you can call.

Easy to order. LOVE the tub and hope it last as long as the last one (17yrs)! Color is perfect. Delivery was a nightmare although it was delivered by the estimated delivery time. Was sent to two WRONG trucking locations and ultimately needed to provide a fork lift on this end to remove from the truck. Were told 4 differnt times it was out for delivery and HD customer service was not helpful - polite but not helpful. This tub is great at a great price and if not for the delivery nightmare I would recommend

Exceeds all expectations
Very easy to operate; jets well positioned and powerful; no issues with installation and start up process except that it comes without a cord/plug which necessitated having a qualified electrician complete the wiring (added cost).

Worst product and customer service ever..run.
Worst product ever.
I purchased in January,delivered in March …used till April.
Then the jets started rusting.
Contacted customer service said my water was too acidic.
I had it tested ph was 7.5-8.0
Not acidic.
May
Then the jets started leaking.
contacted customer service,told me to contact a local service provider.And that they were not responsible,for the service call.
$300 charge prepaid before service would come out to evaluate.

Hello. We're sorry to hear you has a poor experience with your spa. When it comes to pH we recommend a pH between 7.2–7.8 with 7.4 being optimal. Unfortunately, our warranty has multiple exclusions that apply in this case. love the tub
Let me just start off with saying that any reviews it says this is not a great Product is just plain crap. With only a hot tub there are some hidden cost such as the electrician to hook up the 220–$650. The hot tub is plenty big forfour big sized adult and probably six regular adults. We’ve had about a month and it’s getting news every night. I wish I had bought the steps to go with it.

I’m having trouble getting any response from the manufacturer concerning...
I’m having trouble getting any response from the manufacturer concerning so me flaws I have noticed in the unit. The filter lid doesn’t fit and just slides all over the place. I posted a negative review and they recommended I reach out via phone and I waited on hold for an hour before I had to hang up.
Hopefully they respond to my email inquiry.

Does what I need
I purchased this to replace the same model when I couldn't find anyone in the area to keep up with the repairs. This new one is nice, although the jets are not as powerful, they don't have the adjustable nozzles on the jets like the previous version which could be individually shut down, and only 2 jet zone controls instead of 4. And not sure if the extra jets around the lower ring are useful, or just using up pressure which could be better used on the upper jets. But it is still a decent model.
