These tiles look amazing, until you have to make your cuts. The texted paint used to give them their awesome looks is so brittle. I've tried every type of blade I could find, even using a new blade for each panel, doesn't matter the brittle textured paint will not give you a factory edge look. Super disappointed in the product but unsure what to do now. AVOID.

These tiles provide great sound reduction. They also look fantastic.

The tiles are fine. Their exposed face is a generic textured white (see picture) so they match other textured white tiles. They look very similar to the USG Astro tiles that are no longer available. They are compatible with the CeilingMAX grid system. They aren't as easy to cut as some other tiles. The material feels tough to cut through even using a sharp carpet knife. If you cut partway into the tile and then break it along the score you have made, the edge will be rough (see picture). You can smooth it out since the material is soft, and anyway a rough edge doesn't matter in a suspended ceiling since the part near the edge is concealed by the rails that hold the tiles.

very flimsy, most of them were broken or broke just coming out of the box. The lack of texture did not keep them together.

Looks great, and helps acoustically. There were about 6 tiles I couldn't use due to damage in either manufacturing or shipping, but luckily I over-ordered so I had enough to replace them.

These tiles have a misleading picture. The tiles have a ton of little black holes that are visible from the ground. They are far from “smooth and clean” bout $4k worth and now have to figure out a way to get them up to the store to return…..

They look great but the room is echoing. I would not call these acoustic tiles.

Good quality, pricey but at market value it seems. They look nice and were fairly easy to install. Messy though. Lots of white dust and grains. Wish I'd worn a respirator. Fairly major off-gassing for about a week. Periodic airing out of the room cleared out the chemical smell. Would buy again if I needed.

They're ceiling tiles and pretty much that's what they do, and we had some get damaged when a pipe burst in the cieling. I had chosen these years ago specifically for the ability to replace them at Home Depot, and 17 years later they are still identical. High quality and a nice texture.

As advertised, good quality, nice appearance, appropriate fit.

I'm satisfied with these ceiling panels. The installers reported that they were nice to work with as well. I used an adjustable Milwaukee hole saw tool to cut out holes for my lighting. They cut out nicely.
