Don't waste your money. I'm so passed off at my self for wasting over 1,200.00 dollars on this. Pay a little more and get one from a reputable dealer. Nothing against home depot. I just don't like the carport .

After considering buying the Arrow 10 ft. W x 20 ft. D Vinyl-Coated Galvanized Steel Carport, Car Canopy and Shelter. It would have been nice if even one of the 495 reviews was actually about this specific product. Do better Home Depot.

Good shipping time and the product appears to be very well made.

I purchased a 20x29’ carport in March 2023 and placed it on a concrete slab. I followed the assembly instructions carefully. After completion it rained the next day and started leaking in many places, and kept dripping long after the rain stopped. The problem is in the way the roof panels lay - horizontally instead of vertically. Water pools in the lower part of each panel instead of running off. The caulking strips provided are too narrow to do much good.

The delivery guy dropped the entire order off the pallet slamming to the ground in the driveway. Then this is cheaply made and so much thinner then expected for the price. The self tapping screws do NOT go in easy there should have been pre drilled holes. It sways allover the place and moves. Instructions says to buy pvc pipes to put between top of “legs” for stability. And finally now that it’s up it LEAKS LIKE YOUR OUTSIDE. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Badly designed product. In common with most carports the ridges in the roofing mean the water runs front to back. This in itself is a poor design. However with this product, due to the fact the roof sheets only run between a single truss (presumably so they are a more convenient size to be shipped more easily), there are multiple seams that inevitably leak or will leak. The gummy tape supplied with the product is woefully inadequate, if it does seal the seams initially it is very unlikely to last for more than a few seasons. Overall this product is a sunshade NOT a waterproof cover. One other thing - the product uses the word 'galvanized' in the description. It is not.

Edges of galvanized steel roof rusted before I started to install it. Spray painted edges with rustolium paint. Got it finished and the roof leaks!

Good evening The delivery company had multiple issues trying to get this unit to me. Took about three weeks and about three days off from work for them to get their act together. The unit itself is heavy duty and you should do what the instructions say and have two people build this thing. The roof leaks no doubt but I think with some patience and a tube of silicone we might be able to fix it. The design of multiple small pieces for the roof might solve the shipping issues for Arrow but it causes all kinds of issues for the builder and owner of this unit. The tie down design kids ok. I could only get three out of the ten spikes to work as explained in the instructions. The driving rod always gets stuck inside the spikes so when you pull the driving rod up the spike comes with it. Hope this helps

My car just fit. It took about 11 hrs to assemble. The carport was set up on gravel therefore it wasn’t level. That attributed to the difficulty in set up. The carport is just what I needed. I return the enclosure that goes with it because I wouldn’t have the needed room to get in and out of my car. I purchased pipe insulation to cover the upright pipes that support the roof so my doors on my car wouldn’t get damaged.

Wrong part shipped, parts are damaged, really bad experience, won’t recommend.

The 1st 10x20 carport was lost in NM. The 2nd 10x20 arrived damaged, The 3rd 10x20 had the wrong parts. Because it was an online order the store wouldn't canabalize one they had in stock(a smaller one, 10x15), to give us the parts we needed, because online merchandise is separate from store merchandise. Finally an employee got the manager, told them THEY needed to help us...he did. YAY! We put in calls to the manufacturer...they were closed. We left a message, they never called us back. The shipper, Estes, said they'd look for the 1st missing carport...never called us back either. If the manager hadn't broken the rules and HELPED US....we would not have a carport. THANK YOU Home Depot! The carport does NOT include hole plugs for the tube ends front & rear or the bolt holes that are mis-drilled. We had to buy them ourselves. We also purchased reflective tape, something Arrow should include to put on the front posts.

This carport was easy to assemble. It tucks a while to put it together, but I manage. It looks great and I am very pleased with the way is set up on my driveway. Thank you and keep up the good work.

short 48 screws otherwise great

The shipment was dropped and the roof tiles were damaged and Home Depot wouldn’t replace them. It’s a really flimsy design and they expect you to buy PVC tubing in order to brace the frame. Trying to line up the roof with the frame is a nightmare

This project has been an absolute nightmare. Nothing about it has gone smoothly or easily, from delivery being 3 days late, with no way to track the shipment, to components not welded together properly resulting in great difficulty with assembly and squaring things up. Do yourself a favor and pass on this.

the trusses and frame are of decent quality. pre drilled holes in the bottom (sled) of the frame for tap cons (Not included) was a nice touch. 2 complaints note that the steel roof goes on sideways and there is a lap joint at every truss. (not Ideal). prone to leaks. this would be a much better kit if it had purlins and ran the roofing the proper way. complaint 2 the instructions have lots of pictures but are very vague wording wise. otherwise frame itself feels strong and durable.

Roof steel was sent in 4 pieces so it would be easy to ship, but harder to install. I wouldn't recommend it. And they didn't send enough screws.

The instructions were pretty clear. I think that top frame should have markers to set the first pieces in place to help increase a great outcome. It took me 21/2 days to do. I am very pleased with the finished installation.
