Rug does not lay flat on hardwood floor. Humps, waves, and ripples with the edges curled up in spots. When I unrolled it there were creases. Very unhappy! I believe it was poorly bound and packaged.

We bought this rug for our dining room and loved the design. The rug started to shed which is normal but after almost 2 years the rug is releasing its fibers leaving bare spots all around the edges. The reason for a 1 star (I would given them a 0) is because I tried to contact both Home Depot and Artistic Weavers multiple times about warranty and issue but no one ever returned my messages. I hope someone from either company reads this. Horrible customer service!
Puppy carpet

I ordered this rug to place in a living room , unfortunately I have a new puppy and he will probably ruin it. But for the price I paid, I don't mind. Once the puppy grows up, I will replace it with the exact design and color but just in the larger size. It was much nicer than I expected when it showed up, nice and thick and the color is true towhead was shown.
The rug is perfect for our TV room….great design.

This is the perfect carpet that matches the color of the walls. Some reviews said it sheds a lot but I have that not to be the case with my rug. I love the wool. I'm very happy with this carpet.

I've had the rug for about 2-months, this rugs sheds in balls really bad every other day I have to vacuum it; I'm considering returning it, every where I look throughout the house I see evidence of that rug.

After having this rug over a year I can say I love it. It is soft and very durable. I saw it in the store and then ordered it online. It arrived in just a few days. After a year of vacuuming it finally has stopped filling up the vacuum canister with wool lint. Overall it’s an attractive, comfortable, quality rug. My only regret is that I didn't get it in the 8 x 10 size.

We are very disappointed with this rug. I thought from the picture that it had some red in it. I was mistaken, but we decided to try it anyway. It has been on the floor for quite awhile and still won’t lay flat! Ugh!!!

Good thick rug. Delivered to doorstep nice stay dry packaging. Does curl up for awhile so plan on putting smaller hold down items the first week.
We bought 2 or either side of our bed. LOVE the rugs except for the shedding. It's really awful....

We bought 2 or either side of our bed. LOVE the rugs except for the shedding. It's really awful. The Roomba can't go over them because they clog it up. When I use my upright vacuum the two rugs alone FILL the canister. It's too bad because without the shedding these would be 5 stars.
