Thank you for your review of our products. We apologize for any confusion with the listing on our tiles, as we can see where there may be some uncertainty when ordering. Our tiles are sold as a product with two tile sections within one package (thus the phrase "2 pack"). When receiving the tiles, they appear as one large sheet within the packaging for shipping purposes. As with all projects, it's recommended to order off your square footage, which can be found directly under our dimensions section of our product page stating each package provides .98 sq. ft. As stated in our installation guide, our tiles are class A fire rated and can withstand up to 140 degrees and should be installed 6" away from a direct heat source (such as a burner) to maintain proper adhesion. Thank you for your review of our tiles. We apologize if you are having any issues with your installation. Our tiles are designed to go over a surface prepped with a stand-alone primer. Paints can contain surfactants which can affect the adhesive used to attach our tiles to your substrate. This can also be remedied if you choose not to prime your substrate, by using some additional adhesive in the form of PL Premium by Loctite to secure your tiles. You only need a few dots on the back of each panel, and they should re-adhere to your walls without issue. As stated in our installation guide, our tiles can withstand up to 140 degrees and are to be installed 6" away from a direct heat source, such as a burner.
