It was easily to build, took a bit of time. A little smaller than expected but overall looks super cOol. You have the option to hang it and it looks awesome for movies

Overall it was easy to assemble, wish it was a little bit more study on it's on, but if your willing to put holes the you wall to secure it. This media storage is great.

Holds a lot. Looks nice. Directions not real clear. Build from middle shelf in either direction first. Top and bottom are screwed on to vertical supports. Mid shelf has metal locking cams that attach vertical supports. Not hard if you realise that you start from middle.

This is a nice DVD cabinet but it is a bear to assemble. The instructions are terrible and the pieces don't fit together well. Assembly could be so much easier if the company had spent a little time thinking about how to assemble and document it. Clearly the writer of the instructions has not had to put one of these together. I assembled a huge bookcase from IKEA in a fraction of the time it took to put this little cabinet together. While it works great for my purpose, I will not buy another just because of the ridiculous assembly process.

Was awesome worked out perfectly

This is made of chip-board covered with paper. If you buy this, make sure to order some 1/4 x 1 1/8 inch dowels at the same time, because the dowels supplied are hopelessly undersize (~7/32). Even then, true 1/4" dowels are a loose fit in SOME, but not all, of the holes. I used plane-shavings to fill the gap. Lots of fun. Some assembly required indeed.

Loved it! Exactly what we were looking for. Fits perfectly in the area that we wanted to put it. Compliment to the rest of the furniture in the room. Have recommended this DVD storage to friends. Thanks!

Only downfall is the lip on the bottom makes it difficult to attach the back. Stood it upright and had no problem putting the back on. Great Shelf for our sons growing cartoon DVDs. Was able to put together with one person in about 20 minutes directions are easy to follow

This is one cheap product. Putting it together the wood cracked, the back is like a cardboard material. For the price their are far better products out there. Don't waste your money.

I opened the box this unit arrived in an it appeared all the parts were present. I proceeded to put the entire unit together and started attaching the boards on the back when I realized they were both the same part and they wouldn't fit together. I complained to Home Depot and requested the correct part be shipped to me and their response was sub-par. The vendor Home Depot uses apparently doesn't replace parts. The only options are to take the unit apart, which would probably break it, and ship it back,or to load it into my car and return it to a local Home Depot store for a credit. This is an inadequate solution. Home Depot shouldn't use vendors that can't adequately inspect their products before shipping. I guess I'll have to shop at Lowes instead.

It's an ok product. It was hard to assemble on my own and some of the pieces didn't fit right. I had bought the product before and it was great so disappointed this time around.

The product looks cheaper than in the picture. It arrived and the middle section didn't have the appropriate amount of holes for what seemed like the hundreds of pieces included, so that ended my attempt to put it together. But one good thing was that the item was easy to return... once I took what was put together apart, gathered it together and hauled it to my nearest Home Depot.
