It looks good in picture but the front end has no supporting rod to keep it tight and support it . Rest is good but missing front support disappointed.

Instructions aren't very clear. the sales info said something about retractable with a crank handle, but it came with pulleys, a string and a cleat to tie off the string when the awning is retracted.
