Fantastic on flea market buffet at damp cottage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a beat up flea-market buffet for my cottage. This is water-front property that is damp all the time. I covered the top in this product and it looks great and now the wood is protected from the damp environment. It applied like a dream and dried with no brush marks. Hoping to get a lifetime of use out of this old but newly beautiful furniture.

I used it on my deck rails to give them...
I used it on my deck rails to give them some shine, and I must admit they look good; also to protect them from the weather.

Dries to fast
It dries too fast leaves brush marks, it wasn't even warm outside. But I had to put it on right before dark and I had to pour pour it on, it was a pain.

Applying in the shade and not overworking the product is definitely the best way to prevent brush marks. Difficult to get a smooth finish
This product does not flow out well. I used a smooth roller to apply and there were air bubbles everywhere. I then used a brush to get rid of the bubbles and the brush marks did not go away. Other brands that I have used are much better in achieving a smooth finish. I will not be buying this again.

I'm sorry to hear about the air bubbles and that you didn't get the smooth finish you expected; this isn't the experience we want for our customers. We don't recommend using a roller with this sealer, so I suggest scuff sanding the surface, cleaning off the sanding dust, and applying another coat with your brush or a pad applicator. Made my sister very happy
I had to refinish outdoor wood furniture, with very bad finish (last time done by a pro) and I put on 6 coats and sanded between each. Each went on well and dried quickly. The can said wait an hour between coats which I did for the first two but the third went on well after only 20 minutes. I had to stop but went back two days later and just waited 20 minutes between coats. The tables belong to my sister and she says they are beautiful!

So far, the application and drying time are very good....

Tried several brands this was the only one that did...
Tried several brands this was the only one that did not yellow the white paint in my artwork ,used acrylic paint on wood, dried quickly between coats .
