[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased Behr paints for years and have always been happy with the outcome. Typically one coat does what i need and the coverage is excellent.

Horrible paint. It went on like a layer of plastic. Despite prepping the walls and allowing the paint to dry in between costs, adding a second layer lifted the first cost of paint. I sanded the entire wall and tried again with the same results. I’m a longtime HD customer. I love Behr paints and stains. I had never used this formulation before. The formulation is the problem. Might as well spray paint a layer of plastic on the wall. It’ll be easier and look better.

The paint was extremely thick and very hard to work with. It took a lot of effort to get the room finished. Would not use again. I do love the basic interior paint and primer in eggshell and will go back to that.

People always ask me what kind of paint I use because they like the colors and the look when I'm finished. I still have a few rooms to repaint and you can bet I will be using Behr.

It's a north facing room but gets very bright in-direct sunlight all day so I wanted a color with depth but not too dark since the room is small. This worked perfectly and is a beautiful backdrop for my many houseplants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this in my kitchen. It covered everything great. i even had black paint on my wall above my sink. it covered it with only two coats. I used Lowes paint for a bedroom and there was no comparison. I would definitely use this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple apartment buildings all within a couple miles of a Home Depot. I have standardized on the Ultra Scuff Defense when I rehab an apartment after a move out, or we need to repaint common areas. I have found that it holds up to the abuse that most tenants will give it during their stay. Touch ups are kept to a minimum and full repaints are not required. Color match is always perfect. I try to standardize on a particular color for each apartment. In addition, I require the tenants to use nothing but Ultra should they want to change a color

Since using this product on scuff prone areas.....I have been very pleased with the results. Approx a year since applied and zero scuff marks.

I even prefer the quality of Behr over more expensive brands. Any time my friends mention they are going to paint I always recommend Behr.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent the extra money for a higher quality paint that I was also hoping would withstand Furnature rubbing up against it occasionally. I was shocked, and a little disappointed to discover that even this stuff being brand new had a lot of what I refer to as “boogers” in the paint. Tiny gooey paint lumps that show up while you’re rolling it on the walls. You can see it in the tray, and when I took it back to the store they could see it in the paint can with a stir stick. They said maybe since it’s a 2 part mix that something didn’t mix right and made me a new one. New one still had the issue, not as badly, but nevertheless still there. So just know that if you DO buy this type of paint there’s a good chance you will not have nice smooth walls in the end. Kinda took the wind out of my sails, so I thought I’d share this with others before they do a bunch of rooms in their house(s) like I did and findout the hard way. Colors are great tho, and it has held up to the furniture scuffing, so there’s that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Behr fan, but am extremely disappointed in Scuff Defense. I painted my kitchen which looks beautiful, but if you bump up against the paint with anything it peels! Peels, not scuffs! I have kids, dogs, and furniture (lol) in my kitchen. We allowed dry time before applying the second coat. We thought it was perfect until rehanging the curtain rod, setting an accent piece near the wall, or someone bumps the wall after using the light switch, etc. Trust me, I’ve told everyone in my home to be careful until the paint cures but this is ridiculous. I can deal with scuffs, but I cannot deal with peeling. The paint I painted over was a Behr paint and has flawlessly lasted for years and never had to wait days to use the room. This formula has let me down. I’ve touched up 7 random places in 3 days of painting due to peeling. Controlled air environment so that cannot be a factor. I only applied 2 coats where it was needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, not only is this paint affordable and the fact that you have a million (and one) gorgeously, rich colors to choose from ( those two alone should have you repainting the whole house...seasonally! Lol) but it does exactly what it says on the label! And when you have a fur-baby that literally slings drool from floor to ceiling, it's an absolute must in our home that wiping down the walls with ease is a blessing. Thank you Behr for always standing up to life's messes beautifully! Our home has never looked better.

Behr interior paint covered perfectly with 2 coats! The paint, Silver Bullet, is now one of my favorite colors! We plan on using for our bedroom next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paint was purchased for touch up. It blended in very well with the preexisting paint, had very little odor, and dried very quickly. My favorite feature is the lack of brush strokes. At the time, I did not have a small roller to use so I hand to use a brush to apply the Scuff Defense. To my surprise, when the paint dried, I could see no brush strokes whatsoever and the paint is as smooth in appearance as the rest of the wall which had been painted with a roller. I definitely plan to use Behr's Scuff Defense in the future!

Like 1.5x what you are expecting. But once it’s on, it’s lovely. The finish is smooth and hopefully stands up to my family!
