Bought an old painted table and when stripped down to bare wood I discovered it was solid Oak. I decided to stain it and seal it with long lasting tough oil based polyurethane. Love it and it was easy to use

went on easily and dried in one hour

I have bought about 10 containers of this product and half of the containers on the shelf are semigloss even though the container clearly states that it is satin finish. I have talked to the Home Depot about my problem and they say they have nothing they can do. I made a mark on the can that was semigloss in a can that was supposed to be satin and when I came back the next day I saw the marked can right back on the shelf. So if you are going to buy this product PLEASE make sure you have the paint people test it so you don’t have the same problem I had.

This product was easy to apply and looks good once it dried on the surface I put it on. Will buy again.

I needed an outdoor rated clear finish for a patio bench. This went on easily and protected well. You need to wait a while between coats per instuctions on the can. I did a light sanding between coats.

The stain went on easily and even. One coat is all we needed.

easy to use. A little goes a long way

I was finishing a corn hole board a decided to go with the Behr. Working with it, the finish, and the durability I decided to use it for a very home wood shop bench I was just completing. Pretty impressive

Went on smoothly and covered very well. Used it on several pieces, inside and out, small and large.

Expected 2 hours' dry time before next next coat. It took 8 hours just to not feel tacky. I didn't dare touch it with sandpaper. Returned the Oil Based. Call me a sucker for brand loyalty, but I held my breath past the Verathane and Minwax (and other outdoor rated film coatings) and back to Behr, but Water-Based this time. Same newly stained door, but second side. BAM! The first section was nearly tack-less by the time I got to the end. And sand-able in under 2 hours. I'll write that review with pix of the door.

Very nice sealer. Dry very fast and easy to apply.
