Not One coat
Got the one coat Marquee in Crimson Red. Definitely not one coat. Let it dry for 2 hours and you can see all the roller marks. Paid more so I wouldn’t have to do a second coat.

Buy Anything Else
Negative stars should be an option. I used the right rollers, painted fast and covered a clean, beige wall. I waited like the salesperson advised and that should have been my warning this was complete and utter garbage. I’m so angry and tired and disappointed in the results. I have been renovating an entire home by myself and now, because I wasted my time with this supposed “one coat guarantee” I have to waste very precious time repainting a room the competitior actually would have finished in one cost. I have 8 more rooms to paint and not one of them will be done with a single Behr product. I have painted my own home for 20 years and never been so disappointed and furious with the results. I’m disgusted with Behr and honestly want to sit down and cry when i think of another day wasted on this room. Do not buy. You will be very disappointed.

I've never had better results than I did with this Behr Marquee interior in Almond. A perfect color for making the wall look so clean and nice, and in ONE coat! I thought surely I would require another coat, but once this wall was done, it was really done! Rather proud of myself, even though it was the paint and not my skill, but I am going to buy more of this shade of the Marquee paint and that is the color the rest of my house is going to be from now on!
..unless I buy another shade of Marquee...

This paint was exactly as it was described on the website. It went on vert smoothly and although I always prefer to apply a 2nd coat, this paint completely covered the two colors we were painting over. The fumes were, well, there surprisingly weren't any! The Norwegian Blue color is just what we hoped for when choosing it. Behr has been my go-to choice in paints for years and this is my new favorite interior paint.

Great paint! My only complaint is that it required 2 coats instead of the described 1. Since most paints need 2-3 coats, this product color combination gets 4 (meets expectations) instead of 5 (exceeds expectations)

Excellent paint to use by either a weekend warrior or painting professional. Goes on smooth. One to two coats covers everything and I did all my dining room walls using only 1/2 a gallon. Other type paints would easily be 1-2 gallons. Since we took off the old dated Waverly wall paper, Patched the lines in the paneling, and repainted the walls using this Behr Marquee paint we have received numerous compliments on the new look and color. We will definitely be spreading the word about the benefits of using this paint from Home Depot. I'll be honest in that I usually in the past have always used Sherwin Williams, but this paint was well worth the cost and I even have 1/2 gallon left for future use.

Great Color and Finish
Used Marquee and Ultra (ran out of Marquee and they only had Ultra in store). Both were great. Layered Ultra on top of Marquee and no issues. Did two coats of Marquee (even though one was fine, but it looked even better with two) and two with Ultra. Great consistency, no streaks and dripping, no odor and beautiful turnout! Color is the same as the photos on the website.

A Great Greige!
So many compliments on this neutral in my living room and Florida room. With white trim, crown molding, etc., I have utilized brushed nickel and gold accents. Not too light and not overly gray dark. Very happy going on four years of putting this on the walls. The Behr formula has Worn very well.

Great!
First time painting and this paint made it easy! Doesn't drip, doesn't smell and the color is divine. One coat looked nice, but did a second one because I had some patchy areas due to not reloading my brunch when I got to the bottom of the wall (my fault and not the paint).

Worst paint peels off wall
Please read this before you buy this paint:. I bought this paint to repaint my entire house spent well over 1000.00 dollars nevermind the hours preparing the walls, taping and painting. Oh yeah NOT ONE COAT. This paint is less than 2 years old and is pulling off the wall. In my bathroom it took all the paint that was ever on the wall off right down to the dry wall. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. My guess is that the reason for the reduced price is that they know how bad the paint really is.

To fix the peeling, it is recommended to sand down the loose edges before cleaning and touching up/recoating. Based on your review, it sounds like Marquee adhered well to the old paint, and it's the old paint that peeled from the bathroom.
Marquee has a One-Coat Color Collection that guarantees full coverage in a single coat when applied to a previously coated surface. Colors outside of this collection may require multiple coats. However, Eiffel for You is a one-coat color, and it should've provided full coverage in one coat since it was applied to a coated surface.

The best Behr paint has to offer
Love how the paint goes on, however not certain about the one coat coverage claim. If you look straight on it looks flawless if you look from the side you can see patched screw holes and what was previously there. Please see photos

Used on ceilings so nominal small splatter was appreciated. Good coverage, but darker colors always go 2 coats. Not a fan of new style can with small screw in spout. Very difficult to get lid off in between coats so keep a pair of channel locks handy. Dont forget to grab a spout at counter, which also serves as tool to get lid off. Also, not sure how to empty can 100% with only a 3" hole in middle of lid? 1st world problems for sure. Good paint however.

I opted for the Marquee because it claimed I would only need one coat. I ran the calculation for my project and I needed 4.5 gallons. I was happy to pay extra for Marquee because I thought it would save me time. I had to put two coats on and spent way more than I expected for my project. After the first room needed an extra coat, I went put a primer on the rest of the house, but that did not help moch. Behr is great but I would not pay up for Marquee. I should've listened to my dad who sold automative paint for 30 years for DuPont and Spies Hecker.

Poor Adhesion
I painted new sheetrock walls with a coat of Behr Marquee Satin Enamel. The seams and spackle had been primed with a coat of flat white Behr Premium Plus paint and primer. I purchased a second can and applied a second coat just after Christmas to even out some satin sheen differences. On March 24th, I taped around the windows with a new roll of Frog Tape and on March 25th I painted the mouldings. When I removed the tape, which had been on the walls less than 24 hours, sections of paint came with it. Careful removal made no difference. The attached pictures show the larger areas of damage but there are many smaller spots. Rolling my finger over the damaged areas will remove additional paint. I have paint left in the second can and will touchup the damage but I worry about how well the paint will ultimately hold up. I have not had this problem before with Behr paints but this is the first time I've used it on previously unpainted walls. Overall, the walls look good.

To fix, we suggest sanding any of the affected areas, cleaning the surface, and repainting those areas. If you need to re-tape, it would be best to do it when the coating is still wet. Good coverage of white over grey
I recently bought a house and the one thing I didn’t like was that the previous owner painted everything grey in the Pacific Northwest. I wanted to paint it white and wanted to totally cover the darker color. I think the product worked great. I am having the place painted so the guy works fast. The first layer covered the grey really well and the second made it disappear. I was using a color I found from another brand called Cool Gray that looks really white on my walls. I would definitely buy this paint again in the future.
