Because of the humidity in Florida, this product did not do well. I waited until December, hoping for the usual winter dryness and lower humidity, but that’s didn’t happen. I applied 2 coats and since I applied it right before Christmas, it has rained at least twice a week since and it bubbled up and then peeled off. I will need to repair or reapply it. It has become a very labor intensive and expensive project. I would recommend mentioning humidity in the product description or application process

Doesn't stick
I followed the directions exactly, acid wash, week-long curing time, all of it; paint still doesn't stick. Vendor's response is "do it all over again". This product is way too expensive to not work the first time. Buyer beware, don't waste your money.

While this coating can be driven on after 1 week with proper drying, it can take up to 4 weeks or more to fully cure. Nonetheless, your satisfaction is essential to us. applies easily. The color was great. The sateen finish was exactly what I was looking for. Its a little slippery when its wet. I should have properly added some silica sand to the paint for grip. The uncovered section of my patio got heavy rain a week after application. Label says not to get it wet for the first 30 days. I had some bubbling but it went away after the water dried.

After 7 days we drove on garage floor, black mark from tires appeared. so over time floor will be all black! Had this removed and installed polyaspartic floor covering. This is a good product but not for garage floors.

Hi there, thank you for your review. I'm very sorry to hear about the tire marks you experienced with our Concrete & Garage 1-Part Epoxy. That is not what we want for our customers, and I can understand your disappointment. For the issue, I recommend cleaning the surface with soap and water or a cleaner/degreaser to remove any marks. If needed, you can also topcoat the surface for uniformity. Maintenance may be needed on the floor to keep up the appearance of the Epoxy. I understand you've already installed flooring, but nonetheless, we value your customer experience. I bought this to paint my carport I didn’t care for the color after I painted a few strokes it was more gold then khaki it took three coats to cover nicely I was a little disappointed in that because I was told one coat maybe two would be sufficient for the small area I had to paint

Paint Peeling
Very disappointed, painted my driveway, used bonding primer, paint and sealer and let it dry for 7 days, now it's peeling where my car tires go.

I can understand your disappointment since the coating didn't perform as expected. Customer satisfaction is very important, and our Customer Care team is on standby and ready to help. In the meantime, the issue can be fixed by removing the loose coating by either power washing or sanding, then etching the bare concrete. After the floor is etched and cleaned, apply our Concrete & Masonry Bonding Primer and then re-applying the 1-Part Epoxy Concrete & Garage Floor Paint. Easy to use!

I put 3 to 4 coats of paint on my driveway and my back porch and less than a month. It’s starting to peel up in areas. I power washed before I applied the paint.

Poor product, no coverage
I was recommended this product from a box store. I am doing a 12x13 garage floor. Smooth 2 year old pour, clean and great shape. I have applied 3 gallons and cost after coat after coat, days into a project and I still don’t have even coverage. I have used the competitions product and was done in two coats. I am beyond frustrated with the coverage and now will be the cost and waisted time. Do not use this product without a primer, if that’s a purchasable idem. Unfortunately we have another 70 mile drive to get a different product. Do not waist your money. Purchase rust-oleum.
