I liked the paint and how it covered. the finish was good. The only issue I had was that the can was slick to hold.

Color very pretty. Used on a large flower urn for a wedding. Covers nicely and so far is staying on in the outside weather. Only on since end of May so can’t speak to long term wear.

Though the paint covered sufficiently, it did not produce the “hammered” look we hoped for. We had to go with a different color and hue for our project.
This was applied to a steel sign and did not give us the desired results.

The inventory in the store is not rotated on oldest paint out first basis. They just place the new stuff in the front so after that is gone the next customers get stuck with older stale inventory. The date of Mfg on the can says it was Mfgd back in 2022 and that explains why I had to shake the cans significantly more than typical Also the results I got from chair to chair was not as consistent as when I previously used the Rustoleum Hammer Finish (not carried anymore by Home Depot so you have to use their house brand) The color was darker brown tone from can to can even after a lot of shaking. Not happy that I spent close to $10 can for OLD PAINT Not fair to do to customers

I want to assure you that this is not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our Spray Paint has a 2-year shelf life, so I'm concerned about the manufacturing date you mentioned and the inconsistencies in color with the cans. To fix the color, I recommend letting the paint dry for around 24 hours. As paint dries from the inner layer inward, and freshly appeared paint can appear different once dry, that may allow the color to even out. Spray paint was very thin had to use six cans for a job that should have been two or three will never use that brand again

Works great
This spray paint worked awesome and completely covered a 5'x3' metal bar type shelf that had 2 shelves and a back made of 1/2" square bars. There was enough paint to spray each side of the square bars. I was surprised that I didn't need to use 2 cans and it covered nicely with 1 coat. The can sprayed the entire time with out clogging. I even saved the paint can tip for future use because so many other brands tips clog. I will go out of my way to look for behr spray paint in the future since I had such a good experience with it.
