Quickly peels
The garage floor was power washed and dried thoroughly. The paint started peeling within 30 days.

Hi there, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the paint peeled so soon. That's not normal, and I can understand your disappointment. I want to help get your project back on track. Since most of the paint seems to have peeled, I recommend removing the coating, etching the concrete until it feels like 150-grit sandpaper to promote adhesion, and recoating. You can also use the Concrete Bonding Primer No. 880 before repainting to increase the adhesion of the topcoat. I'll reach out to you in a private email to find the best way to help. Not for Garage Use
We followed all instructions, including waiting 7 days before parking our cars inside our garage. In less than a month, it is already peeling from the car tires. Will never buy Behr again. Two stars: for those on a budget or only using for foot traffic, this may hold up for you. But absolutely do not use for a garage.

I can understand your disappointment with the time and effort that goes into a project like this. To fix the issue, I’d recommend removing the loose coating by either power washing or sanding, then etching the bare concrete. After the floor is etched and cleaned, apply our Concrete & Masonry Bonding Primer and then re-applying the 1-Part Epoxy Concrete & Garage Floor Paint. This product is excellent for covering up cracks in the pavement , giving you a nice even surface. It’s thick enough that you’ll only need one coat.

Peeling paint
I followed the directions, let it cure for 7+ days and while the car was parked in the garage, on day 2 (after curing), the tires peeled the paint up off the floor. I highly recommend NOT using this paint where you park a car. Now I get to spend more time fixing this problem.

Peeling paint

So far so good, I'm using it in an unusual way. I built a ramp for my JD lawn tractor to go in the shed. I used pressure treated exterior plywood, Florida sun trying to damage the wood, put entire 1 gallon on a 4x8' piece of plywood...soaked into the nooks and crannies...time will tell...
