I used BEHR Interior/Exterior Hi-Gloss Ultra Pure White 8050, when I purchased my home in 1995. Just last week I painted the entire interior of my home with BEHR Interior/Exterior Hi-Gloss Ultra Pure White 8050. It held up 22 years, I will only use BEHR paint from Home Depot. I also used BEHR Marquee 770F-5 Dark Ash for some of the trim, which can be seen in the picture. Along with new Bali Magnum Blinds ALL From Home Depot.

Easy to Apply, bright and shiny!

I don't know what this really is, but it's not paint! I put on a coat of this "paint." I tried to fix many drips. Instead of being able to sand the drips, the "paint" peeled of like a soft plastic coating. Larger pieces that peeled off have the consistency of a thin swim cap. With a bit of work, I have been able to pull the paint off whole pieces of wood! Then the wood looks like it did before I started painting, minus many places of missing primer that was covering spackle. If you don't like this so called paint on your walls, just pull it off like wallpaper and try again!!!

I chose this Behr high gloss paint and had it tinted Sunkissed Apricot, which turned out an absolutely beautiful sort of coral. My living room is large and long and this color warms up this room to be very homey, especially since I also painted the ceiling the same color! It looks gorgeous! Don't get stuck into thinking your ceiling needs to be white. For my long room, painting my ceiling the same color as the walls was the very best decorating trick I could possibly have done. This paint dries quickly, barely has any scent as you paint and my walls will now be easy to wash should they need it! I plan on getting this same Behr high gloss paint in other colors for more painting fun in other rooms. Best paint I have ever used! I love it!

In past the month, I have used eleven(11) 5 gal to paint for a old wood fence. The old wood fence had never been painted, so it took two coats of Behr paint. Ten(10) of eleven(11) 5 gal cans were great - cover the old wood but one was almost like water, it did not cover well at all. And in the area with the bad paint I had to use 3 coats of paint. (see pic part of wood fence painted) If I was not almost 40 miles from a Home Depot, I would have taken the bad paint back. The one bad can is why I can't give the Behr paint five stars. Also, I used a Graco X7 airless paint sprayer with the Behr paint and I had little to no problems (except for the bad paint and sprayer clogged several times). The sprayer and paint I will use again (painting the barn and house this spring). I have used Behr paint for my place in town (Houston), it has always looked great and I have never had a problem.

I was searching for floor paint & this came up so I ordered it. Imagine my surprise when I got it the label said not for floors. i was needing it right away so I went ahead & used it but it is not holding up.

I am a faux painter. For me, it is very important to have quality materials. I love this product. It really gives a mirror gloss, and applies very evenly. It does not drip, is very durable, perfect covering, and does not leave roller or brush marks. It gives me the affect that I need. Every time I use this product, my clients or designer is very pleased and ask how I did this.

ok... ok... so multiple reviews saying many different things . Let me set it straight- I can paint in my sleep. My mothers day card from my daughter said "Mom, Thanks for also teaching me that you can paint anything with a surface" I AM a painting ninja. This is the shiniest paint I've ever seen. Awesome glass like finish. I AM a paint snob and usually never buy Depot paint. I only buy Sherwin williams . However- I was desperate to finish my newly remodeled bath trim and SW was closed. I bought a quart of the stuff. At first I didn't like it. It does not self level like some of the other higher end paints. You DO need a GOOD brush. After going through 3/4 the quart and coating my trim three times I started to fall in love. It was way shinier than my expensive gloss paint. I learned to work with this paint. This is not a beginner paint. It does require even weighted brush strokes and leveling the paint yourself. But it will produce a beautiful finish if you hang in there. If you are not an expert I recommend priming first or use a satin or matte then finish with the gloss. Load your brush well because it is thick, then work gently at the brushload you dropped back and forth in even weighted strokes. I just bought a gallon to redo all of my other trim. Happy painting!

I look forward to the Home Depot paint sale every year! Especially the Behr brand. This product is easy to apply because of its thick, creamy consistency and great covering ability. It also stretches a long way because it doesn't require additional coats to cover effectively. I have already purchased enough extra paint to finish painting the remaining two sides of my house next spring (I love this paint)! Whatever you do, Home Depot, please keep your annual paint sale and the great Behr brand!

1 gal of Ultra Pure White Hi-Gloss Enamel Interior/Exterior Paint covered all my new trim in one coat. Excellent product!

Great for interior and exterior. I wouldn't use any other product. One tip for users (this works with all paint), wipe the edges of the lid and the edges of the can where the lid rests with damp then dry cloth to remove all excess paint. The can will seal better, and open more easily the next time you paint. The picture is of our cottage in Oak Bluffs, MA. ALL the paint and stain is Behr. The white is this product, the colors are the Behr Premium Solid Color Weatherproofing All-In-One Wood Stain & Sealer.

Ever in need of a great trim paint, this is the one. Easy flowing, great coverage. Painted the entire indoor trim including the doors with this and was very impressed. Try it yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely love this paint!!! Thick, rich and creamy..... Goes on beautifully, blends perfectly and covers any imperfections that are somewhat visible. Paint was used for walls and a different color was used for wainscoting. Regardless of the finish, flat, semi-gloss, etc. the paint performs extremely well. Our bedroom looks beautiful! We added wainscoting and used the same paint in a different finish along with the trim to include doors. Looks beautiful and like brand new.

I used to use Behr all the time, then due to finances, or lack there of, I changed to another brand. The other brand may have been cheaper by the gallon, but I had to use 4 coats to achieve full coverage that two coats of Behr gave me so it wasn't cheaper after all. I'll always use Behr from now on, even if I have to live on noodles to afford it. It just isn't worth the frustration, extra work, and expense of using a cheaper brand. So many of today's "white" house paints don't really dry white. They dry light gray. I didn't WANT light gray. This is the only house paint I know of that really does dry white. We just repainted our 50s modern house pale yellow with medium gold on some trim squares. This Behr Ultra Pure White Hi-Gloss enamel paint really adds a great finishing touch on the house. It took two coats, but many spots on the old gray paint were even darker from years of fading & ground-in dirt. It seems to repel water very well. Time will tell if it holds up. It looks like it will. We'll see.

This paint was very easy to apply and covered in just 1 coat, it also washed off my hands and brushes after painting very easily. I will use this product again to paint my outside fence.

The paint itself appears good. Got good coverage when brushed on primed douglas fir and even got decent coverage when thined and sprayed on previously painted metal. Was pleased how brush marks flattened out. I am used to spraying solvent based coatings and it was nice to avoid the fumes spraying a water based paint. I let my wife get some experience on the gun and she did fine with it. Problem with spraying any water based coating is the gun is a lot harder to clean up. With solvent based paints, the solvent quickly disolves the paint during clean-up. Only time will tell if the paint holds up. It will be in the weather just a foot off the ground. From a cost standpoint I was really disappointed when I got to the check-out. The $5.00 off sale turned out to be a rebate. Had I known that, I would have gone to the paint store and bought a quart which is what I needed to begin with.

The Ultra Pure White Hi-Gloss Enamel Interior/Exterior Paint was easy to apply and the painted doors and windows trim looks beautiful. Excellent coverage with only one coat and fast drying.

Covers wonderfully and cleans up just as great. Fairly low smell which clears out in maybe a day or over night. And I love the colors and the fact that you can clean greasy finger prints off the wall with a little cleaner and a wipe!!

I love the behr premium plus ultra. I chose to use this product to paint a laminate & wood veneer dresser and it turned out great. I used a high gloss white color to paint over a medium brown color laminate dresser. I only needed 2 coats of paint, plus it dried ver quickly in between coats.

We used this paint on all door, window, and baseboard trim in the house, new and old wood. Also used it on a new french door, after first painting on some bare wood primer. This stuff goes on smooth, dries quickly - even a second coat, and looks awesome. It's just what I wanted, a nice clean white paint with a bit of shine.

This is the best paint. Goes on well and covers great. Thick. Nice shine. Great Behr paint.

Apples well.Does not dry to a glossy finish as described on can. More of a satin sheen.Drys quickly without brush marks.
