Behr paint is the best paint I have used. I have used Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams in the past and Behr covers more and goes on smoother than both of the others. We used the Behr paint and primer in one to paint our house and it was great, just as stated on the label. The paint really was primer and paint in one. The paint covered everything we painted dark spots, fresh stucco and metal accents. I couldn't be happier with the results, the paint and primer in one really cut down on the amount of work it would have taken to complete the project which was really helpful as we were a 2 man crew that did all of the painting and prep work. I will definitely purchase Behr again for future projects like my tile roof that we will be painting at the end of October. Thanks for helping us in Transforming our home into the modern farmhouse we are working towards.
We selected this paint to cover traditional stucco for a 13 year old house in Fl taking into consideration rain, sun, heat, winter freezes. It is one of the only "waterproof" paints at the required thickness. We Used a Wagner sprayer Flexio 890. I have painted several of my own homes over the years but never sprayed. I found this very easy to do. I preped with a power washer/ cleaner and was spraying over existing paint so did not prime. It did require more paint than calculated but I'm assuming that was due to covering the darker color with white. looks great easy to apply and although it appeared thick the sprayer worked very well. 4.5 days to prep and spray for a 3400sq ft home. After drying it is clear that is a good seal expected from a polymer. We used the same product for the trim by roller.

Waste of money. Probably it's a bad batch, but mine is totally unusable. When dries - there is almost no white at all, like white school glue - very transparent. 3-4-5 coats - same result. The paint is not returnable, so I wasted $30. Avoid this paint.
I used this as a ceiling coat in my finished garage. Much of the garage had yellowed drywall from years of remaining un-painted.
The first coat of this flat white went down over two coats of Kilz2. That was not enough as I could still see blotchiness. Also, having sprayed it, the sheen was not flat.
I rolled a second coat and the finish is beautiful. Super-flat and buttery smooth!

I last painted my stuccoed house in 2000, I repainted in 2015 mostly to freshen up the exterior of my house, the 15 year old coat was still in good shape. The paint spread very easily with the roller and brush and it covered with the first coat. Last fall I painted my mothers house with the Behr "stucco and masonry" paint with poor results, this spring I plan on repainting her house with this Behr Premium paint. I highly recommend this paint for its ease of coverage, value and especially the long lasting results.
