Applied Falling Snow to living room wall. First apply Kilz Primer one coat each. Installed Home Depot barn wood planks 1X4X8 (stained in grey) to give rustic look. I am firm believer in installing a chair railing and then using the upper 75% of the wall as you home's canvas. This Falling Snow paint really made the wall hangings POP. Done in two day... This paint is perfect for those that love to paint! The same spot.... Over and over. I was using it to repaint doors the kids got to with markers, and even the light colors are visible after a single coat, and the dark ones take several coats. Very disappointed in this product and the amount of unnecessary repeat work it will create.

thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you had to keep going over the same spot over and over again. I can assure you that this isn't the kind of experience that we want our customers to have. Although the Premium Plus Paint is a paint and primer in one, it may not block stains that are on the surface. At this point, it'll be best to use a stain-blocking primer to seal the surface and block the marker stains and any other stains, then recoat. We used Behr for the exterior (four 5-gallon buckets) and interior (three 1-gallon cans). The results have been quite good, especially with the challenges of working on a weather beaten house.

This product should cover between 250-400 square feet per gallon, and typically it takes 1-2 coats; for drastic color changes, it may take more coats. We have used this paint many times on and around our house. Latest project was the frame for our pool controls roof. The paint was excellent as usual. It covered very well and has a very nice satin finish. Worth mentioning is that it washes well and holds up well to pressure washing.

I have used Behr premium paint on three houses that I've painted. I like the coverage and the durability in hot weather conditions. I've found that I do need to put on two to three coats on the really weathered siding.

We had our house painted with this paint in the color of Macchiato in the Fall of 2012. After a couple of years we noticed the parts of our house exposed to direct sunlight was changing colors, from a nice latte color to purple!!!!. We now have a half brown house and half purple house. Very unhappy with the change in color!!!!

I love Behr paint and this outdoor enamel worked well to cover some old wood that I was painting that hadn't had paint on it for several years. it did take 2 coats and I hope that it will stay new looking for many years. I would recommend this paint. The attic door has 2 coats coats of paint, the board below the door (part on the left) has 1 coat of paint and the other part has not been painted yet. Even 1 coat made a difference!

what happened to your paint
I purchased paint and primer Sterling Behr eggshell ultra paint. I am painting on white painted walls. When we paint with the brushes or the rollers it looks like its coated well. Then It drys and white showing through in more than half of of what we have painted. I'm going to have to buy more over the quality being lowered. The commercial still advertises faster painting over a one coat paint. Wish they gave me the paint I paid for.
