For beginner like me it worked fine. Good for small projects.

Very handy. I’m glad I got this clamp. Working on my DIY projects sometimes I don’t want to ask for help, so this clamp gives me that extra set of hands. I think I’m gonna get a couple more.

work perfectly, when gluing 2' wood pieces

Purchased to repair a wooden cabinet door that accidentally got broken. Worked perfectly with a little wood glue of course. High quality product. Great price too. Couldn’t be any happier with the results.

If you are putting together a large picture frame or window, this could work well. If you are gluing up 16 2x4’s for a cheap table top to a work bench, these will not cut it, i know now from experience. I will be buying pipe clamps. That said, the build quality is solid and if used within their limits they should provide a lifetime, or at least a long time, of good use.

Decent clamp for diy. Holds stuff together pretty well. I used it on a small table I made for my girlfriend.

Lives up to the bassey brand of quality. In total I have approx 100 bessey clamps. Love them

Harbor Freight quality at 5x the cost. Broke immediately while clamping down my table saw to a workbench (see pic).

Quality product. Home Depot has a great price for these. You can go with heavy duty Bessey clamps if you want but for 6 inch clamps I think these are sufficient.

I like the clamps very much, but the top pads are missing on two of the clamps. I would like home depot make good on the missing clamp pads!

Love my Bessey clamps, and use them every day! The new clutch feature makes them easier than ever to apply, and they are equally easy to release from the workpiece. They are so affordable that I buy another pair every time I come to Home Depot.

These are my new favorites! I really like the positive action clutch; it makes for fast set up and removal, and it hasn't slipped once. Since I bought a pair of these, I came back for a pair of the 6" version. I'm just getting started at woodworking (as you will undoubtedly see from the picture), so I will buy a pair of clamps of various lengths every trip to Home Depot. I bought 2 of the Bessey Bar Clamps and am so please at how easy they were to use. I had a cabinet door that fell apart like a puzzle and knew I needed to use clamps and had no idea that these easily adjustable clamps were available. An employee sugessted that 2 would possibly make the job easier and she was right. Since this was possibly a one time project I chose the Bessey clamps not only for their comparatively low price but they appeared sturdier than other more expensive and not as versatile clamps. Finally got the time to get my project started and was able to finish it in a few hours.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something small like me, durable & portable!!!!

So easy to use. Run the clamp down the bar until it's snug; then tighten with handle until it's tight. Plastic pads do not bite into the wood or mark it like the old C-clamps. I am learning to use my new router and it has held the practice material and guide down efficiently.

Perfect to secure frame

I can always depend upon Bessey clamps. Nothing fancy about this clamp but it does what it needs to do and is well constructed. I bought mine for assembling picture frames—just what I needed!

Very good clamp but I needed a stronger capacity. Went back to HD and exchanged it for the Bessey heavier duty version. Very happy with both but needed to clamp with higher contraction strength. Very pleased. Handle is easy to tighter and the long bar is of strong steel.
