I recently purchased a B&D 20 Volt Fast Charger along with a new 20V B&D lithium battery. The new charger is outstanding! The battery was fully charged in 15 minutes and now I have 2, working 20 Volt batteries, fully charged and ready, whenever I need to use my B&D trimmer. Terrific buying experience and very pleased with the value for money as well.

The review is not about this product. It is about the way it was shipped and the apparent lack of give a crap the shippers at home depot have. My issue is trivial but if you want to see other more serious issues that are not being addressed just go to their own complaint site at: https://www.complaintsdepartment.com/home-depot/ We ordered this item. It came in a box that was WAY to big for it and there was no packing at all. (See the attached pictures). Anybody that thinks for a minute should know the item will get smashed around during shipping and using boxes that are miles too big is bad for the environment. Maybe that was the only box available in all of Home Depot but not putting packing in there is just lazy beyond belief. They don't care if our products arrive in once working piece or not. Hire people who at least care a little and get rid of the ones who don't. You want loyal customers but you treat your customers like cattle and don't care once you get the money. We have spent probably $5000 at Homedepot this year working on our house but that stops today unless I get a reasonable response to this comment. By the way, I left my frustration in this comment form since there are no other complaint forms anywhere to be found on the site even though it says there is. I'm a cyber engineer and I understand about hiding web pages you really don't want your customers to find. You hid it well.

Performs as advertised, charges quickly.

Battery Charger did what it said, "Charged battery in 45 minutes!

I have owned this item for a couple of weeks and it has performed well. It quickly charged a battery that had not been used for a few years and had me up and running in a short time. I highly recommend this charger as a primary or secondary charger.

My original Black&Decker 20 Volt Lithium Ion battery charger would charge a battery slowly and when charged and taken off the charger for a day, would have to be put back on the charger to bring it back to peak charge. This new Fast Charger charges the battery fast and the battery that is removed from the Charger retains its full charge! I like it a lot!

Having seen charger on the web site and thinking that I needed it quicker than it could be shipped I went to my local store to see if they had one in stock. They did not but were kind enough to order it for me. Plus you actually had it at the store for me BEFORE it was promised. AWESOME!!!
