Work great, chew up everything I used for it.

I’ve owned this product for three years and from the get go it has been nothing but junk. The two issues are: 1- the lesser of two issues is that it always clogs up. Even though I don’t try to vacuum too many leaves a a time, it still clogs. And if the leaves are damp, forget it. 2- the absolute worse part of this vacuum is the safety kill switch. It worked “ok” for a short time but even in year one, it started to trip regularly. To the point where I’d vacuum for two seconds and then have to press the end of the suction tube to the ground to get the engine to start again. Imagine doing that for hours. So I finished my job finally and placed the leaf vac where it belongs.

I have always been reluctant to buy a leaf-blower but finding this Black & Decker model that vacuums up the leaves and turns them into useful mulch changed my mind. It is powerful enough to grab even wet leaves.

I bought this around a year ago, and the first couple times it worked great. It's powerful and did the job pretty good. But once you get any dirt inside between the motor half and the vacuum tube (which is inevitable) you will have trouble getting the two halves to properly seat. Each side will be in place but the middle will bow out, usually resulting in the thing not even turning on. I've also had it where it will even cut out right in the middle of using it. Very bad design. I thought black and decker was a quality name. Im rethinking that.

On second use, the paper thin collection bag ripped from the inside out. Once it did, the air pressure shredded the bag making it utterly useless as a debris collector. Also, the plastic blade was underwhelming for power. Had a previous B&D before this but clearly they are cutting corners now. Won’t repeat that mistake.

'When all else fails, read the instructions'. My Dad used to say that all the time. Yes, it helps in this case too. All parts simply pop-together & if done correctly, will run perfectly every time. This household electric vacuum cleaner & leaf blower is great inside the home as well. Actually, that's the plan. To use it inside. Will do a fantastic job all over my apartment, mostly fighting dust. This gizmo is just what I needed. Especially for my dusty ceiling fans & the ceiling itself, scattered near the fan. Should've got this vacuum years ago. Long overdue. A welcome addition to my electric tools. Thank you!

This will make the second B&D Blower/Vacuum/Mulcher I have bought and this one (just like the first) operated once or twice, then quit altogether. Not sure what the design flaws are but the motor in this electric version is very flawed. Out of the box it does well, but once you put it up and then pull it back out it stops working. The first one I thought may have been a factory defect, but to buy another and the same thing happens has convinced me to switch brands whereas B&D has much work to do.

We have had the BV3600 for 3 years we purchased this to blow out our horse stable this is used daily very good machine for the money . The 230 mph is very strong we wouldn't need anything any stronger.

As a blower it works fine, but beware of trying to use it as a vacuum. The vacuum attachment which snaps onto the housing has a fatal design flaw in that the fan blades come in contact with it and will get sheared off the minute you turn it on -- as happened with me. I can assure that everything was attached properly, and that no debris had been allowed to pass through before this happened.

The B&D blower/muncher only worked 2 times and just shut off after about 5 or so minutes. I bought last year and loved it when it worked. I'm 82 yrs of age and about 100 lbs. and it wasn't too heavy for me. Don't buy . My money was wasted and I don't have it to waste. Guess the landfill gets it now and didn't even use the blower attachments.

I ordered this with the pro desk I needed a wireless and that is what they Said this was but it is not wireless and now I have to spend even more money to get a outdoor cord for it

Beats raking leaves anytime.

love using the leaf blower works really well to the point that my wife likes using it and we plan on buying one for our neighbor

Difficulty assembling, and difficulty detaching the blower part.

my old B&D died after 15 years of reliable service. it worked with no problems up until it broke, so i decided to purchase another corded electric B&D blower with the same cfm, mph and amps.

We weren’t able to finish our pile at all. The attachment to vacuum falls off constantly so I am now stuck returning this and staring at a huge pile of leaves 😅

Gave this to my sister for a Christmas gift and she loves it!

Excellent product. Very powerful used it mainly as a VAC. It really Sucked!!!
