Nice toaster oven. Doesnt really great up to the correct temperature, but you just have adjust for it. My delonghi toaster oven heated better. it died after about 19 years.

Looks nice, heats fast. Its good for small thin things like pizza and toast. Taller items like muffins would be too close to the upper heating element. The timer knob is hard to turn. I wish I had bought a larger toaster oven.

More complicated to use than 25 year-old model

The first most disappointing thing about this toaster oven was that the oven function doesn’t seem to work. We poured over the instructions to make sure we were following instructions but it didn’t get nearly hot enough to function as a smaller oven replacement. Then I was disappointed with the toaster settings, which I use the most often. The knobs are very difficult to turn, and because of imprecise labeling on the knob, it’s impossible to set it to the setting you know worked last time. While it toasts your bread very evenly, if you notice your toast is done before it dings then a) when you open the door the heat does not turn off and b) the only way to turn it off is to crank down the knob timer to zero, which I literally do not have the strength to do, but my husband can manage. And then today, I had a cold piece of toast I had left in there from lunch, and thought I would toast it up just a little to freshen it up. I set the knob below the halfway point and walked away for a minute, and when my husband came in the kitchen the toast was fully on fire and the room was filling up with smoke. Not ok. It’s a burned out mess on our back patio right now and I don’t even know if I want to clean it back up and hope it still works.

It's a lot smaller that I realized (guess I did not read the measurements well). The door handle is fairly large, so when the door is open, it does not lay flat / parallel to the bottom of the Toaster Oven. When removing the rack or pan, it has to be pulled slightly up. While this Toaster Oven is Stainless Steel, I did expect that the entire unit would get hot (including the top so you cannot 'store' anything on top of it), I did not expect the door to get so hot. I have to put a potholder across the door to prevent burning my arm when pulling out the rack or pan. It is supposedly a Convection Oven, which means it cooks faster and more evenly, it does not. It takes longer to cook things. I use it mostly as a second oven to cook a side dish (for one) or to toast things. I have to add additional time for cooking, and often end up moving the items I'm cooking in the Toaster Oven into the regular Oven, after the food in there has finished cooking - just to be sure it cooks thoroughly. Unfortunately, during this COVID-19 Pandemic, it has been hard to find a Toaster Oven, as many are Out of Stock. IF I can find another one, I will either Return this or donate it later.

Looks beautiful! Sleek design, Clearly labeled, large knobs with bake pan included. Works as well as my full size oven! Convenient and safe full or teens heating up snacks during remote learning. Great value.

Beautiful stainless steel

Bought this to replace my B & D toaster oven that I have had for years and still works but not as well. All you have to do to toast on the old one is set one dial to light or dark and push down one lever that pops up and stops when done. The new toaster oven requires setting 2 knobs to toast and then turning a 3rd very stiff knob past 10 minutes to the right and then back to the left which is a timer. A real pain. It burns everything so you have to pull the plug to get it to stop first. Smaller oven size than the old one too. Can't use old toaster oven pans in it. New design poor.

I replaced an old Black & Decker with this 4-slice stainless steel model. I replace them every few years as they simply start to look used and ugly. This one is sleek and shiny and the turn knobs are easy to read. However, the "toast/timer" knob is tight and difficult to turn (other reviewers also mention this), which could be a problem for anyone with a weak grasp. Overall, the oven heats up well and does a good job of warming up food, but we found the toast setting a bit powerful (it toasts quickly), so we keep an eye on it to ensure that our bread doesn't burn. Also, to make clean up easier, I like to line the crumb tray with tin foil to catch the crumbs and drippings. Like our previous ovens, this one is fine for our needs.

So far, so good. Make a good grilled cheese in it today. Good value for the price. I would prefer if the rack pulled out when the door opened for easier handling of hot food/pan, but features are sufficient for price.

Great product. Great quality. It took a little bit getting used to this toaster oven's settings compared to my old toaster oven but it works like a charm.

Settings are complicated!! Older models easier to use.. have been using B&D toaster ovens for over 40 years. Keep it simple..

The toaster oven works fine and looks good but the knobs on the front are a poor design. You can't turn them easily and not at all if your hands are wet. I would rate it a 5 if the knobs were usable.

Its a very nice unit for the money. Works well. I would give it 5 stars, but think it should have come with a full size ( for It) bake pan. Also the small black print on the silver is hard to read. The instructions leave something to be desired.. Lots of setting on 3 knobs... you think it was do something more than toast and bake. Oh yes it broils. I like it a lot... for the price it enhanced my cooking ability.

I thought it had a convection oven, but I was wrong. I do like it. I have to keep an eye on the toast, but I do like the product. I agree with another reviewer who said the tray should be a little larger. But I would recommend this product wholeheartedly.

This is a nice size toaster oven, does not take up too much room on the counter. Controls are easy to use and it evenly cooks toast. If you’re NOT looking for complicated air fryer / broiler combination toaster this is a good choice.

Defective. Door will not close. Will be returning.

I am happy with my new toaster oven. My previous one was about 10 years old and still working great but I recently had my kitchen updated so my daughter wanted to buy me a new one. The look of this one is nicer compared to my previous one. Also the functionality is great.

I have had my new toaster for a few weeks now and I really like it. We usually use it everyday. We have toasted in it and the first time we left our food in a little too long and it over cooked because the B&D works so much better than my old toaster oven. We have also baked frozen foods and they have come out just as good if not better than our regular oven, and doesn't heat up the whole house! I definitely would recommend this product.

The product itself is very good and easy to figure out how to work it. This was a birthday gift to my elderly mom. She is quite happy to have a quality toaster oven and besides that..it was a great price point for me!
