I bought this and Jerry-rigged a way to attach it to a 60 gallon trash container. It was a great way to avoid emptying the leaf collection bag every 10 minutes. Once the can was filled I was able to roll it to my desired mulch location and empty it. This is a great time saver as long as the leaves are blown to a central location and you don't have to drag the container around.

Was recommended with a bundle package when I purchased a Workx vacuum.Does not have correct adaptor for hose, only slides on, and continually disconnects.Not impressed at all.

It collects too much on the top side edge as you are using it when you go empty it.

Cloth material too thin and drawstring to hold on garbage can doesn't work. Hose disconnects from cloth easily on bag end while in operation. Not worth it - returned item.

Difficult to get bag tight on trash barrel consistently. But overall worked great.

I purchased this to go with the black & decker blower/vacuum - 40 volt, cordless. I LOVE that vacuum - but it does not do wet leaves very well. However, this leaf collection system did NOT have the connection to fit on my new blower/vacuum. I returned it.

Strap that fits to trash can is too light weight- design is poorly executed-it May last one season at best. ... just like slide on/off switch on power vacuum unit... it worked 2 days then broke. 2nd time this season. Since Black&Decker sold quality has deminished noticeably.

the slide that is supposed to hold the hose connector to the blower adapter will not click in solid, so the hose blows off. It worked for a while, but now it is disconnecting all the time.

Works fine but requires a second person to follow with can and hold the hose up. Must wear glasses and dust mask for the dust that escapes the mesh. I believe the people who had trouble tried to use without assistance of second person.

The Leaf Collection System Attachment, in the main, works well. It is somewhat difficult to attach the "skirt" over a waste can (I use a 32 gallon wheeled refuse container lined with a 39 gallon drawstring plastic trash bag) because the weight of the hose pulls the "skirt" off one side while I am attempting to position the opposing side. Once in place, the "locking" drawstring closure works reasonably well to maintain it in position over the refuse container. Through experimentation, I discovered that it works best to have the hose on the opposite side of the refuse container from the wheels as the container tends to tip over onto its side when the hose is positioned on the same side as the wheels. (Adding weight (a couple of bricks) to the bottom of the refuse container beneath the trash bag helps, but does not completely eliminate this problem. Of note, my lawn is fairly level, and my suspicion is that this would be more of a problem on property with more slope. The hose generally stays attached to the Leaf Blower/Vacuum System, and again through experimentation, I discovered that the likelihood of the hose detaching from the Leaf Blower/Vacuum System is decreased if the operator is not immediately adjacent to the waste receptacle, but rather by allowing the collection hose to be more extended and less confined/constricted. I do have a concern regarding the long-term durability of the hose of the Leaf Collection System. Specifically, after only three days of use, several small holes have developed in the section of the hose closest to the Leaf Blower/Vacuum discharge port. In my estimation, it would seem likely that these holes were caused by the flow of leaves/lawn debris passing through the hose at a high rate of speed. My concern is twofold, first that these holes diminish the pressure forcing the leaves into the collection container, and secondly that these holes ultimately become large enough to permit some of the leaf debris to be "blown" right back onto the lawn. .

really messy to use needs thicker mesh top

I replaced a Craftsman edger with this model because the Craftsman line kept jamming up. This trimmer works much better. I don't use the edger function very often as it seems a little difficult to maintain a straight edge (a guide attached might help).

Replaced a black and decker string edger/ trimmer with this new unit. It uses a fine string that doesn't seem to be strong enough to hold up to normal use.

This is my second electric string trimmer from Black & Decker this newer model has a push button easy feed works like a charm .my older model does not have this feature.i would recommend this power command string trimmer by Black &Decker.

The design of the folding handle is unsafe. It will without notice come loose and rotate backwards, dropping the spinning string head. I returned the trimmer and filed a report with the Product Safety Commision

Bought trimmer/Edger a couple months ago. I was very pleased with the performance of the instrument. Light, easy to manage. Very effective.

Very hard to feed string had two turn off and on each time. Realized switch would not last that long.

I had a lot of gas powered weed eaters. But this one hits the spot. This is a great weed eater and I recommend this one to everyone. I love it. I give it a 5 star.

This is the best string trimmer I ever owned!! It’s so easy to feed the string and to adjust!

I been using it for a month and yes like it very much for weeding, for edging is so so, it would help a lot if it had a guide to keep it going straight like on the edge of the sidewalk, also I liked the easy feed feature.

Had for 5 weeks and love it. Light weight easy to use and maneuver. Really like the auto feed line makes for easy going.

I bought this trimmer a few weeks ago and have used it several times. Absolutely does the job I expected it to do.
