Super easy to put together and very durable. Customer service was quick to replace a broken piece and my kids were happy after I painted and sealed the wood!

Easy to assemble and I painted the shutters and the door and window trim. My granddaughter just loves her little house will have funi this summer

once we found the directions online we got it put together in a few hours. couple splits in some boards but had the screw gun up to high. Sturdy enough for level ground.

We’ve had this playhouse for two years now and it’s held up great! The door knob latch recently broke, but customer service sent a replacement for free!

Our daughter was given this playhouse for her birthday from our parents and she absolutely LOVES it! It wasn't difficult to put together at all and turned out so sturdy and perfect. Highly recommend!

My 3 year old received this as a gift for his birthday in January and we actually just got around to putting it up now. It was simple, fun and he loves it. During these crazy times and parks not being the greatest option for us, this has been like Disney to him.

We bought the Timberlake playhouse for my daughters second birthday. She loved it instantly and she has stayed interested in it for the last two years. The instructions were clear and the wood is very sturdy. I painted it white and added a few touches of my own and I think it came out perfect! I’d recommend this to any parent with an imaginative child aged 2-4.

It is a really cute little playhouse...however the instructions have NO WORDS just pictures. Often the pictures look like they are trying to give you a front view and a birds' eye view at the same time and this makes it extremely confusing when you are trying to figure out if the little piece of wood goes on the inside or the outside and whether you turn it sideways or up and down. The wood split a little too when we screwed in some of the pieces. We put wood glue on the splits to help hold it together. The box said something like "FOUR EASY STEPS." OMG, then why were there 20 or so steps in the book? Parts should be numbered better and labeled front and back, top and bottom. There should be pictures of actual steps instead of just drawings. Also, it would be fabulous if they put a video on youtube and put the link to that video in the instructions.

I bought the Timberlake playhouse for my great-granddaughter Reagan and she ABSOLUTELY loves it!!!

Took some time to put together and the wood split in some places rather easily and some screw holes didn’t match up but we still got it together fairly easily. Not sure why it is considered an outdoor playhouse if it is not weatherproofed/water sealed at the manufacturer before boxed. It should be if going to be an outdoor toy. We have kept it inside until we sealed it ourselves so it could go outside. But otherwise it has been a great playhouse for our son. He likes to go in there to eat and watch his “tV” (his tablet) to get away from the dogs. We put in a small foldable kids couch.

Loved the app for assembly. I wish more products would use this method!

Wood will split easily if not careful

Ok product overall. Wood materials are not the best had several piece crack as putting screws in. One upper corner piece was missing staples to tie the two pieces together. Directions on the App are good.

Durable and well made! Functional as well as cute and will last for many years. Love the cedar and the accents give it a wonderful touch.

Was really excited for this house, a little disappointed few pieces the wood split and there is a few places where the woo has openings

The Timberlake Playhouse has been a fun addition to my grandson's lives. It was easy enough to assemble and seems very sturdy. I am sure they will enjoy it for years to come.

The door hinge was put on backwards and you could use a lot better instructions instead of just pictures!! I try was impossible to actually square it up but it was just a play house so we made it work.

Twin 2 yr olds loved it, maybe needed two phones, but otherwise a big hit. It was actually fun to assemble with help if course.

Great size for small persons. The stove, sink, phone, and plant holders are nice details. Like the big side windows; they help open the space.

Great house and instructions

My Granddaughter went absolutely nuts over the house. The house took us maybe 2 hours to put it together.

For their birthday, I purchased this playhouse for my 2-year-old great-grandchildren, twins, boy and girl. It is a small house and fits them perfectly! They love it.
