When I picked up the merchandise from HD I was surprised in the condition of the box. I seemed like it had been thrown around, dropped, kicked, holes and, all. I was quite hesitant to take it home. The customer service agent said I didn't have to take it in that condition, but did say their receiving team did open the box to check for damage, and said they did not see any damage to glass, e.g... Long story short, I took the box in the condition it was in, I did not open the box at the store like I should have(my mistake)!!! Once I open to assemble the shower doors, I noticed that 2 of the door roller brackets were bent. I called Basco's 800 # to see if they could ship me new replacement's. They told me I couldn't order directly from them, I would have to go through HD to get the replacements. I called HD they said they couldn't order the brackets, I would have to return the whole package. I didn't want to box it all back up and, take back to the store, good thing I was able to bend them back to almost original shape. I made it work, Basco need to re think on how these brackets adhere to the door, When I took them off to straighten them there was only 3 little dabs of some kind of adhesive to grasp the glass, door kept sliding off the bracket, luckily my buddy came up with a solution to put some double sided tape to hold the glass along w/ the screws. It wasn't the best experience, but they are up and installed. They do look nice !

Well designed and attractive to look at. Both at a great price!

All.hardware.was missing it had been sold and returned and then resold to us.

Would have been better if it came with bummer

The instructions were clear and easy to follow, however the glass was very fragile and thin. If you have any children I wouldn’t recommend it.

I lifted the glass door and it just shattered. Very danger. They put all the good review on the top and all the bad and poor review at the very end. If I know it was gonna explode on me I wouldn’t had buy it. Left me with some scar and cut. Carefully.

We thought we got this as standard but we needed something taller. Overall quality is good !

Very good happy with them

I purchased these doors Hesitant because of the reviews about people blowing up the glass, but in my professional experience with these doors after I purchased, I opened the box and was not dissatisfied at all, especially by the looks of the glass and the parts were nice. Yes, the glass is the thinnest glass allowed to be used for shower doors, but it’s still thick enough to wear if you do not beat them around and you handle them just like you should they install great and they work great !

The doors are very thin and flex under the smallest amount of pressure. The tracks and handles fit various size doors so they need to be cut for the exact door size in the package. The handles are VERY difficult to press onto the glass door unless you use a liquid soft soap. That is not a tip offered by the manufacturer, but the handles have not moved in two months. The one plastic towel bar end is rough pitted and not polished smooth. Difficult to cut the towel bar to the exact length with no guidelines or template. The manufacture should provide the exact measurement for each size door.

I usually install Delta shower doors. I think I ordered this brand off the net by mistake. This is a dangerous product. Most of the pieces do not fit and are poorly made. Bumpers & handles don't fit, safety-T header is poorly designed and does not install per instructions. Almost every aspect is poor. And the ill-fitting handles & towel bar will probably break the tempered glass. It's a miracle they went on at all without breaking the glass. Please stay away from this product.

The doors look good and improves the bathroom decor. The doors do not slide easily, so we had to apply some spray silicon lubricant to the upper track. Also, the handles are small and difficult for us seniors to grasp, especially when wet.

Overall, glass was intact and looks aesthetically pleasing. Glass is a bit thin and wobbly.

The only thing I didn’t like is the color. The brushed nickel has a gold tint to it. Unlike all the other bathroom fixtures that are also brushed nickel.

The quality of this door did not meet my expectations. the grab tabs at the top where the rollers are clamp to the glass were not tight enough to hold the glass and it kept slipping. I had to remove them and glue in order for it to adhere. It was an overall easy installation, but time consuming to remove and replace the glass door 4 times before getting it right due the poor manufacturing.

Love the product easy to install

I saw these doors and love them still. Unfortunately, one of them broke. So please, if you're having them installed they must be very careful. Per the contractor, it broke in his hand when he tried to place it. He did replace them, and I was upset that we were not able to use these.

This door is a piece of crap and very cheaply made. I had to reenforce every screw and the aluminum binds easy. My recommendation is spend more money for a better quality door.
