[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 of these at the end of the the summer got a few weeks of use out of them and they cooled down the 20,000 square foot garage 6 degrees and the humidity is almost gone. I would for sure recommend these fans, make sure you have a large enough facility to need these BIG ASS fans. Customer service was easy and great to deal with and the fans shipped support fast.

We are a manufacturing shop in the heart of Sun Valley, CA and let me assure you, the name is spot on. Regular temps over 100f. This fan, rated for around 6,000 sf does actually cool down half of our 12,000 sf around 15 degrees. My workers on the floor are ecstatic! Another unit may be in the future for next summer.

Had a small issue with 1 unit, and BAF was quick to get it corrected. Great Service, and they stand behind their product. We will definitely do more business with BAF in the future.

Easy to store. I run them in 6 different buildings. The CFM of these units will blow you away. You can literally feel the difference. I would recommend it to anyone looking to cool their space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two of these units for our production facility. The plant is not air conditioned, so hot and humid days can be a bear in the summer. The units were placed to blow cool air on employees and WOW were they super appreciative of the cooling. The first day the team even said they had to turn it down because it was so cold. They mostly ran the fan on low with the water pump on. Direct water hookup ability is nice to ensure the fan always has water. Overall great purchase and improvement for employee well being.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Employees in our coatings department load/unload areas love the Cool-Space 500. During the summer months, Cool-Space 500 provides a nice temp. drop, even in the larger areas, and keeps employee moral high. With such great feedback from the employees we have purchased a few of the smaller units for other areas of the factory. Our maintenance techs report that the units are easy to maintain, but do recommend hard piping the water supply close to the unit. Only negative is needing a little more room to access the front part of the tank for cleaning purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased three Cool space 500 for controlling the temperature in our manufacturing shop. These coolers do a great job and have exceeded our expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is a great addition to our shop. We are unable to use a ceiling Big Ass Fan, due to the nature of our business. In the Florida heat the fan we have is a blessing. We had one issue with it and replacement parts were sent quickly and under warranty. Changed parts and unit was working fine, until one of my tech moved it to another location and it stopped working correctly. Called tech-support and they went thru some troubleshooting with me and found it was a power source issue, due to using too small of an extension cord. Larger extension cord and hasn't missed a lick since.

I bought this earlier this summer (2022) and have been moderately disappointed in its inability to cool effectively in the Texas heat. Yes, the fans are powerful at the cost of noise, but the evaporative cooling doesn’t seem to add much, despite claims otherwise. For the price I expected more.

Love BAF products and own many. BUT I made an assumption here - BAF is known for its superior engineering that leads to exceptionally quiet fans. THIS IS NOT Close to Quiet. A near silent hum of a motor is about 45 decibels. This is 75- I missed this in the description. You can not talk to someone if they are near this fan. It also has a “turbo fan” sound (TWO) that is really cool as a workshop sound but the high speed whirls are annoying for a patio. The quality is great- the sound is a disappointment. Please know the product works as described- it’s just loud.
